We also have a Tuscon.Vanessa Sanchez,, the salesperson, was knowledgeable, professional and patient. If she didn't know the answer, she obtained immediate assistance from the manager and we appreciated her honesty. They were forthcoming with everything we needed to know and accommodating to our financial needs. The space was well maintained, had a professional decorum and it was clear from our observation of other customer interactions that customer satisfaction was their priority. We have been patrons of Hyundai for over 15 years and they have never disappointed us. They honored all commitments so we appreciated their integrity. As for the Hyundai itself, the car is a pleasure for both the driver and the passenger. It gets great gas mileage and as we work in NYC this was a tremendous consideration for us. The color, misty beige, gets many compliments. Our only concerns are that the arm rest sits too high which makes it a little uncomfortable for two people to share. Also, the car doors automatically lock you out so if you are getting out to pump gas, you have to remember to unlock the door. Also, there is no spare tire.
