Richard Piperato is that sales person if you are looking to buy a Hyundai. He knows how to listen. No blue sky, no bull, no fluff. Straight up guy that will listen. After all Richie gets his marching orders from management. He knows what he can and can't do. So, he knows how too listen to what they say as well. The way i see it is if they are not straight with him how can they be straight with you! It took me hours on the internet to source out what i wanted at a price i thought was fair.
