Our salesman - Jose Molina - was friendly, straightforward, patient, and above all thorough in explaining everything about the car's features and exactly what was and was not included. Car was ready for us to drive away with on the day of purchase. Price was as good as we were going to find anywhere else so can't complain about that! Have driven it for 2 weeks and love it. Only drawback is that it could use a tad more acceleration power when starting out from a stop, but knew that going in and it's a small price to pay for ALL those great features. More

Misleading customers I took a vehicle 'elantra 2015' on lease from this dealer, at the time of lease it was told me that 2 years bumper to bumper and regular services are I took a vehicle 'elantra 2015' on lease from this dealer, at the time of lease it was told me that 2 years bumper to bumper and regular services are free, but no details are mentioned in the contract. Also told that all the agreed terms will be applicable wherever (any state) I go in USA. Now I have moved to different state (Dublin, OH) and now time came to verify my services details and noticed that nothing is mentioned in my lease contract. Then tried to reach hyundai white plains dealer and hyundai finance, all are routing to one and other, but not getting any proper response. By seeing all the way looks like this dealer cheating customer and not putting the details in the contract what agreed. I am not sure what other kind of fees they will include when I return my car after lease completion. Dear friend be careful when you are visiting this dealer. More

Extremely Helpful and Generous!!! Quick Review: -Our salesman, Jose Molina, was very helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us figure out exactly what we wanted a Quick Review: -Our salesman, Jose Molina, was very helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us figure out exactly what we wanted and get us a deal on that car. -The owner, Melvin, got involved and also helped to get us the best deal possible. -We drove away in our new Santa Fe very happy and confident that we can make the payments comfortably without breaking the bank! (Very) In Dept Review: So it was time to get a new car for mom. She knew she wanted a crossover, but did not have a strong preference for any specific brand. We checked out pretty much all of the main competitors: Toyota, Honda, Subaru, Kia, and of course, Hyundai. The Rav 4 and CR-V both turned out to be too narrow on the interior, so were ruled out for comfort. The Subaru was nice, but expensive and the dealer was indifferent verging on rude; we didn't go back there. We went into a Kia dealership on a whim as we drove by not expecting much, and test drove a Sorento. We were shocked at how comfortable the interior and ride was, and were very close to purchasing it. The next day as we were going to another Kia dealership to try and work the prices down, we stopped at Hyundai to White pains to check out the Santa Fe and the Tuscon, which we had been interested in from the beginning but not had the chance to see in person. We were told that the Tuscon was higher than mom's knees allowed for and not as spacious on the inside, so it was down to the Santa Fe. Our salesman, Jose Molina, sat down with us in the beginning and we figured out which trim package would fit our needs best. He was very personable and clearly knew what he was selling very well. So we went out back to look at the car. We saw some of the available features on one of the models and test drove another that would have the engine we would probably purchase. We each drove the entire test drive route, and loved the car. It was smooth, quiet, had good pickup, and the different drive/steering settings made a huge difference. We knew we were happy with the Santa Fe, but remembered how much we like the Kia as well. We mentioned this to Jose, and he asked us to wait as he went in and checked, because they had a Kia Sorento in stock. He took us to go look at that so we could compare side by side, literally. We found the Santa Fe easier to get in to and more comfortable once sitting. So we went back down to the dealership with our minds at peace that the Santa Fe was the perfect choice for us. As we entered the dreaded "negotiation" phase of the this process, we were worried that sub-par credit would ruin the day. As this issue was discussed, we found out the exact trim we wanted, but others were immediately made available, and offers made to us for each of them. With each of these offers, the specific car we would be buying was brought down to be shown to us. Because this is not something we do often, we were refused to settle for anything other than what we wanted, and everybody was kind and helpful in providing exactly that. Numbers were run many times and the financial department, especially Lisa Fabro, truly found us every possible deal, and a car that we love. Because the bank was slow on the phone we ended up being there longer than we and I'm sure the dealer wanted us, but we were always treated kindly, and Jose even supplied us with food! The owner, Melvin, even came out and met with us personally to make sure we got a deal on a car that worked best for us. Overall, we had a great experience with Jose, Melvin, and the rest of the Hyundai of White Plains team was great! They were kind, helpful and knowledgeable; and helped us walk away with a great deal on a car we love! More
