The car drove well but the tire pressure light was on. Upon going inside to talk about the price we waited 2 hrs to finally see a surprising number of about 15k when the original price was $10,650. They wanted to charge us a ton of their "fees" such as checking the car over when it came in, to transfer the title from them to me was $790, then for them to do another inspection of the car it was over 1,000. Are they serious? I understand the obvious taxes and dmv fee but they wanted to charge $5,000 in fees. Their claim it went through a full check up prior to receiving it was a obvious lie since at a quick glance there was oil leak upon looking further the engine shook shen starting and the crank damper was wobbling horribly. I also asked to speak the manager 3 times ( we were told managers only come over if the buyer is serious that's it-so have money on the table or you won't see one) until a representative came over not even the manager and she basically said this is the price and didn't try to aide in helping me understand these astronomical numbers. Then she proceeded to tell us to continue shopping around and if we find a lower price to bring it back to them...is she serious why would I go back to them. Then she asked us twice if we wanted to look at another car. More

With a much higher price point then we had expected, we chose to call various dealerships to get an idea as to what we were to expect financially. After calling multiple dealerships we were so very fortunate to have ran into John Molina at Hyundai Of White Plains. From the first phone call all the way till this very day he has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. Mr. Molina introduced my wife and I to Maximo Almanzar who became our liaison for the day and surpassed all of our expectations from a sales associate. Both John and his staff are amongst the most professional yet personable dealership I have been too in a very long time. The staff always paid attention to detail and made sure my wife and myself were comfortable and tended to as if we were celebrities. My wife was given the opportunity to test drive whatever car she wanted, we never felt pressured into a sale, and Mr. Molina was able to offer us a deal that could not be turned down. Not only did we leave the dealership with a brand new Hyundai Genesis but we also left knowing that this was only possible because of the dealerships due diligence. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in competitive pricing, a huge inventory, a friendly and professional staff, along with an experience which will not be forgotten. I am currently considering purchasing a Hyundai Genesis R Spec in the near future and I wouldn't consider going to any another Hyundai Dealership. More
