Very happy with my 2017 Sanata Limited car A sales person was very warm in greeting me and introducing me to Hyundai the brand. However he didn't follow up with me after that. I switched to Pet A sales person was very warm in greeting me and introducing me to Hyundai the brand. However he didn't follow up with me after that. I switched to Peter a new sales person, but he is very professional and helped me close the deal on a brand new 2017 Sanata limited model car. I love all the features of the car and the sales manager Ray gave me a good deal at the end of the month. Financing took a little time but overall I was in and out pretty quick and brought my grand new car home! I would say Cindy the receptionist is also very good and friendly. Now about the car: 8 inch screen with built in GPS, backup camera, heated front and back seats, blind spot monitor, hands free trunk open, apple car play, electronic parking break and autohold. Could not be happier with all the features for the price. So far I have not experienced any major problems. Fingers crossed it stays that way. More

Just last week, a stranger approached me about my vehicle as I was exiting a parking lot and asked what kind of car and where I got it. I immediately said WP Hyundai and gave her Luis, sales agent name. Though, only verbally and not written down I hope that she would visit and take the opportunity to seek Hyundai dealership to search for vehicle that best satisfies. New Car I bought my car and lease a second car at White Plains dealer and the people there was friendly and very professional and tried to help me with my new I bought my car and lease a second car at White Plains dealer and the people there was friendly and very professional and tried to help me with my new car, we agreed in a monthly payment at the moment of the make the deal but when I went the day after to close the contract the financial person told me I have to pay a different amount . I felt duped so I negotiate to lower a little bit the payment. I think they must accomplish with the first agreement of payment and not come to me telling me a different amount, that is not professional and I am a responsible customer. This is my third car with them. More
