Complete nightmare - no more faith in Hyundai I have had a completely horrible experience here. I went in knowing exactly what car I wanted to trade my pre-existing lease for, and right off the ba I have had a completely horrible experience here. I went in knowing exactly what car I wanted to trade my pre-existing lease for, and right off the bat the appointment hadn't even been put in the system (even though I had called ahead). Five hours later, we are being given the runaround because they can't find the second key. Totally frustrated, we left without the second key (or even a valet key) and were promised it would be ready the next week. Well, that was in AUGUST and I have still not gotten the key. Ray has avoided my phone calls, until I physically showed up at the dealership. Of course he couldn't help me that day because the service center was already closed (at 1pm?!), but said to call the next week to make an appointment. So I call and make the appointment, and he ensured me the key would be waiting, along with some all weather floor mats for the trouble. When I show up at the service center at 8.30am on a Monday, they don't have the service order from Ray stating that they owe me the key and mats. He literally didn't give them the heads up I was going. Never heard from him, and now it's November and I still don't have my key. My boyfriend had to drive home from work one day because he had accidentally taken my key, and I wouldn't be able to go to work without it. It was escalated to corporate and they couldn't even get the key from them!! HORRIBLE horrible ongoing experience and I have lost all faith in Hyundai. More

I honestly don't know how they're still in business. Our tags/plates/registration were delayed for weeks without any explanation; I had to take Uber to work because my temporary in-transit permit was so expired. The customer service was atrocious: the woman who handles registration (I believe her name was Shakita) was rarely in the office (without much explanation), and when she was, even more rarely inclined to return our calls. She gave us multiple deadlines as to when we would receive the materials we needed, and broke all but the last one. When I asked to speak to the manager about this, the receptionist refused to put me through or take a message. We finally filed a complaint with the Hyundai corporate office, and while I don't know if that helped things behind the scenes, shortly after speaking with them we received the requested materials. If you're reading this, take your business elsewhere. Anywhere else. More

The staff was excellent, professional and courteous at every turn, even those who had nothing to do with my deal/sale. Having said that, I must mention that our particular salesman, a fellow by the name of Juan, was outstanding with a capitol O. His attention to detail, including actually listening to what it was I was looking to get into, was a real "show stopper". His determination to help us leave with exactly what we needed was just beautiful. The real kicker is that Juan confided in me that he was still fairly new at his position! All I can say is that if this young man is already hitting it like a true sales expert, now at the beginning of his career, then Bravo! to the owner of Central Ave Hyundai because you just hit a grand slam with Juan! More

My was rear ended and my newly purchased car was totaled. We did not have the mental or financial footing to haggle anything. It was totally unnecessary. Joel, John and Melvin run all our options, We were still not comfortable the monthly payment due to our budget, but Melvin worked out for us. We appreciate very much what they did for us. My wife after the accident was reluctant to get into a small car. Thanks to this great crew, she will feel safe when she returns to work. I almost forgot to mentioned that we drove the car the same day, even thou we purchased a Nissan and not a Hyundai, we got the same 2yr free maintenance as that their brand customer gets as well as the 165 check points. Dis I mentioned I got a used Nissan and not a new Hyundai? I am looking forward to servicing our vehicles there way past the two year. I can see ourselves dealing with anybody else after this experience. More
Dishonest Worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. We met with Jose, a salesmen. We have an eight month old baby, and wasted Out Sunday being completely played. Doesn't get too much more disgusting and dishonest than that. More
