I was immediately approached by Jim upon entering the dealership. He was very warm and polite and got me in a car to test drive after a very brief wait. He was not a pushy salesman, but knew I was a ge dealership. He was very warm and polite and got me in a car to test drive after a very brief wait. He was not a pushy salesman, but knew I was a genuinely interested customer that just wanted the facts. He was able to get me the car I wanted at a decent price on my first visit. Anthony was also very polite and efficient in his part of the sale (financials). Waste of time! We walked in at 10 am walked out of the dealership at 2pm with no car. We called in initially to see if a car listed on the site was available still We walked in at 10 am walked out of the dealership at 2pm with no car. We called in initially to see if a car listed on the site was available still before we drove over to come in. They stated it was available after driving around their lot it was not available. They decided to give us another car with 2,000 off. Seems great right?! Wrong! After sitting with their finances manager after being pretty open with Brian our sales report about only being able to afford payments around 170, we started getting thousands and thousands of fees added on to the car total. After sitting with Luis he returns with a payment of $290 with an interest amount of 11 Percent. Not the amount capital one sent back. The total amount for a $9,100 car came out to being 17,000! More

Complete nightmare - no more faith in Hyundai I have had a completely horrible experience here. I went in knowing exactly what car I wanted to trade my pre-existing lease for, and right off the ba I have had a completely horrible experience here. I went in knowing exactly what car I wanted to trade my pre-existing lease for, and right off the bat the appointment hadn't even been put in the system (even though I had called ahead). Five hours later, we are being given the runaround because they can't find the second key. Totally frustrated, we left without the second key (or even a valet key) and were promised it would be ready the next week. Well, that was in AUGUST and I have still not gotten the key. Ray has avoided my phone calls, until I physically showed up at the dealership. Of course he couldn't help me that day because the service center was already closed (at 1pm?!), but said to call the next week to make an appointment. So I call and make the appointment, and he ensured me the key would be waiting, along with some all weather floor mats for the trouble. When I show up at the service center at 8.30am on a Monday, they don't have the service order from Ray stating that they owe me the key and mats. He literally didn't give them the heads up I was going. Never heard from him, and now it's November and I still don't have my key. My boyfriend had to drive home from work one day because he had accidentally taken my key, and I wouldn't be able to go to work without it. It was escalated to corporate and they couldn't even get the key from them!! HORRIBLE horrible ongoing experience and I have lost all faith in Hyundai. More
