Poor Service First I waited over 5 hours after I agreed to buy the car to complete the purchase. NO ONE take to me during the 5 hours, I had to keep asking and my First I waited over 5 hours after I agreed to buy the car to complete the purchase. NO ONE take to me during the 5 hours, I had to keep asking and my salesperson started helping another customer, very unprofessional! When I completed the paper work with a manager he seemed he didn't even care I waited so long. I think they forgot about and only cared because it was closing time when they completed my paperwork. Second I was told "This car is FULLY LOADED except the sunroof & has all the new safety devices" when I got home I found out the car does not. The car doesn't have blind spot detection, which I asked about in the test drive and ensured it did, and it doesn't have memory seating, again I asked about in the test drive & was ensured it did again. Also it doesn't have the new front detection stopping, I didn't ask about. When I called back after I found out the car didn't have I called back but my salesperson, Tony Finelli, wasn't in. I was talk to someone who said they where a manager I was pretty much told it was my fault because I didn't read the paperwork & Tony wouldn't make that mistake. I was so mad I didn't bother telling how I was missing a bolt for the license plate holder. The only bright spot was the service by person who help set my bluelink account & took me thru how use everything. More

I was immediately approached by Jim upon entering the dealership. He was very warm and polite and got me in a car to test drive after a very brief wait. Anthony was also very polite and efficient in his part of the sale (financials). Waste of time! We walked in at 10 am walked out of the dealership at 2pm with no car. We called in initially to see if a car listed on the site was available still We walked in at 10 am walked out of the dealership at 2pm with no car. We called in initially to see if a car listed on the site was available still before we drove over to come in. They stated it was available after driving around their lot it was not available. They decided to give us another car with 2,000 off. Seems great right?! Wrong! After sitting with their finances manager after being pretty open with Brian our sales report about only being able to afford payments around 170, we started getting thousands and thousands of fees added on to the car total. After sitting with Luis he returns with a payment of $290 with an interest amount of 11 Percent. Not the amount capital one sent back. The total amount for a $9,100 car came out to being 17,000! More
