Scam. Went in to see and test drive a 2011 Hyundai Tucson listed at $9641. Emailed asking if they would take $9100. Drove it, liked it, and sat down to talk Went in to see and test drive a 2011 Hyundai Tucson listed at $9641. Emailed asking if they would take $9100. Drove it, liked it, and sat down to talk. Salesman came back with $13,400 as an out-the-door price! Trying to charge $1600 for detailing, $900 processing, and on and on. They said the new tires and brakes that were included in the advertising (cars.com) were additional! I expected to pay taxes and tags, but an additional $4000+ on a $9000 car is comical and criminal! When we walked away he came down about $2500, but still was $2k over the agreed price. Scam. More

Jose is THE BEST My father & I came into this dealership as our first stop of the day for car hunting. It ended up being the last stop as well! Jose came right up to My father & I came into this dealership as our first stop of the day for car hunting. It ended up being the last stop as well! Jose came right up to us, asked what we were looking for, and immediately gave us two-three options off the top of his head that fit what we were looking for. I test drove two cars and fell in love with the second one right away. Not only did I get to leave with my car that same day, but Jose was able to work with us to keep the final price within our spending limit. My father is not always the easiest to deal with, but this man did not miss a beat. There was never an awkward silence the entire time we were going from lot to lot, cracking jokes and making small talk like we've known each other for years. Jose also made a follow-up call to me the following day to make sure I made it back home to CT safely in the car, since he knew I had a long drive. He really went the extra mile to make sure we left happy! As my first experience at a dealership, I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. In ten months, I'll be going back to Jose to trade my car in for a brand new one. He was great all around, no complaints! THANKS JOSE!! More

Experience Was Ok I think I got an okay deal but it was not easy. I felt pressure to to make an immediate decision which I did not like.
