I leased my 2nd Hyundai Sonata SEL on June 10th. And, he has gone above and beyond since that day. He quickly responds to my emails and I stopped at the dealership today and he helped me deal with the techs at XM to fix a problem. I recommend this dealership and I highly recommend speaking with Errol. You don't realize how important it is to have such a wonderful person to deal with after the sale is made. More

There wasn't anything he couldn't answer and made sure I was aware of all the features the car had to offer, especially as I am not a car guy and many were new to me. I had done the initial financing steps online and there weren't any complications or surprises at the dealership. Mr Jefferson took care of the rest including multiple calls to fix insurance paperwork discrepancies. Everyone was very nice. They all made my visit very easy and pleasurable and I got a great car too. Can't beat that. More

I had a very bad experience with this dealer. I don't normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so. I came in for a test drive, spoke to the salesperson about the options I wanted. I was ready to buy. I sat down after the test drive with my details. The salesperson looked at me and actually quoted me $6000 over sticker price. When I told him I'd be willing to wait for him to order the vehicle even if it took a few months he replied, "We don't do that." I said, "No thanks, then." I went to Curry Hyundai and in a few minutes they agreed to order the car I wanted at msrp. It took about 7-8 weeks for the car to arrive and they were great. Central Avenue Hyundai actually had the nerve to call me back to see if I was still interested. I told them that if they had been straight up with me, they could have made the $1200 that Curry just made from me instead of trying to gauge me for 7k of profit on one vehicle. A word of advice, don't believe some of these dealers when they say that they can't get you a vehicle for anywhere near sticker price. I have never paid msrp for a car before, always less. In this case I understood that I needed to pay sticker price. The dealer made their money and I got my car in an ethical transaction. Take your hard earned dollars elsewhere. More
Be sure to ask for Deshaun Jefferson when visiting this dealership. We just leased our Hyundai Santa Fe from Central Ave and it was Deshaun that made the deal for us. I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Sonata SEL from this dealership. Libby was my salesperson; she was very knowledgeable & a pleasure to work with - made the buying process very easy. BEWARE of shady tactics. After agreeing on monthly lease payment with, supposedly, only tags and first month payment upfront, they tried to add $3400 more on fees. A few days later they kept calling to nego payment with, supposedly, only tags and first month payment upfront, they tried to add $3400 more on fees. A few days later they kept calling to negotiate a better deal. After another consent, salesman Marv texted agreement to sign for 39 month lease instead of 36 month as was always discussed. Oh. An “honest” mistake. Next he sent itemized breakdown to me of all money due at signing: DMV, documentation, and first month payment. Lo and behold, when my husband went to pick up the car, finance guy Alan said he owed ANOTHER first months payment in addition. When my husband enlisted Marv’s help, he agreed with Alan. So all was charged to credit card. When I found out and called Marv and sent him a text of his breakdown, no response, of course. Spoke to Alan who wouldn’t charge back the extra payment. Why? It was a credit card! Finally agreed to revise monthly payment and send new lease the next day. Week goes by, no new lease. More calls and texts to Marv and Alan the following week. No calls returned. Worst Hyundai experience after 10 years of lease negotiations at other dealerships. Stay away!!!! More
