Making the right decision with Carly Kim As a first time car buyer, buying a new car was a very difficult and huge decision to make. Central Ave Hyundai was the 4th dealership I had walked in As a first time car buyer, buying a new car was a very difficult and huge decision to make. Central Ave Hyundai was the 4th dealership I had walked in to and the very first one that felt right. Carly Kim walked up to me as I walked in and immediately started down the road of finding out what I wanted, what I needed, and how to give it to me. And she did. She walked me through all the options so we could find the right combination of features and brought out the perfect Tucson Limited in Colosseum Grey - exactly what I was looking for. Carly walked me through the initial price offerings and knew the right moment to bring in the manager to start the hard selling with additional offers. Together, they negotiated with me to the right price point and Carly helped me close the deal. Thanks to her, I was able to make this decision in confidence. Alternatively, finance needs to learn some people skills, a quiet place to discuss specifics would be nice, and a better time estimate to bring the car up for a test drive would be great. Overall, great experience for a first time car buyer. More

Great customer service This is my third lease with Hyundai. Since it has been taken over by new management my lease experience was a thousand times better than my second and This is my third lease with Hyundai. Since it has been taken over by new management my lease experience was a thousand times better than my second and even my first lease experiences. I was greeted at the door by my sales person Levi Ortiz. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and not pressured. He listened to my grievances from my prior visits with Hyundai when it was White Plains Hyundai. He apologized and made sure I had a much better experience this time. Maximo, the General Manager honored the promises that were made to me that I never received from WP Hyundai. Several sales people came up to me and congratulated me on my purchase and they were happy that I stayed with the Hyundai family. It felt good and I felt important and that they really cared. I will definately get my next car from them when my lease is up and recommend them to anyone looking to buy or lease a car. Note: I am giving my Salesman Levi Ortiz 5 stars as well. His name does not come up under the list of employees that's why I am putting here. He deserves it. More

New dealership is much more spacious and welcoming, and Levi is a courteous, helpful and knowledgeable sales representative. We had received a letter and numerous phone calls reminding us of the benefits of early return (thank you, Genesis and Mike!) which were instrumental in moving us forward.
