Avoid if not confident about financing/leases/purchases I was interested because they seemed to have great 4th of July promotions going on but I should have known it was not going to be a pleasant experienc I was interested because they seemed to have great 4th of July promotions going on but I should have known it was not going to be a pleasant experience since they refused to give me specific numbers over email (despite my many requests). Still I dropped in and ended up walking out - 2 hours later - feeling very aggravated. I wouldn't go as far to say this place is a fraud because the numbers they gave me were definitely high but not unreasonable. If anything, I might have been hard to work with since I was refusing to be flexible on my budget. However, there was definitely a refusal to work with me and be patient & explain everything to me which was important to me because it was my first lease. Plus I'm young and female so my biggest fear was being an easy target... Overall, during my talk with them, they came off as super pushy and most annoyingly, they would often leave us alone for long periods of time to "talk it over among ourselves" when we really just wanted continue negotiations so we can either sign the deal or just walk - I could tell they were really banking on emotional manipulation and hopefully starting a fight among ourselves (I went with my parents). In the end, we ended up walking & signing a deal at another dealership the very next day with lower payments, lower interest rates, higher mileage, & higher residual value. Maybe we didn't convey that we were completely serious about signing a lease? Either way, I highly suggest going somewhere else if you're not confident about striking a good deal - you will definitely find better. More
No respect Bad experience, a lot of lying going around. I will not be back to that place. Also they said that my credit score of 728 according to the credit report they got is a Tier 3!!!!!! More

Need Extreme Customer Training BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL! These people need EXTREME CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. To be fair, perhaps not all, but JC and Andrew really need it. I visited the showroom on May 15th to check out the possibility of my granddaughter leasing a car. JC & Andrew gave me a quote. I was visiting my daughter. My granddaughter & I were leaving on a trip the next day. I said she would visit in about 2 weeks. She did and the figures I was given was not the figures given her. They were much higher even though I was on the phone with her. I had to ask both JC & Andrew 5 times what is the payoff amount after the lease. They DID NOT WANT TO TELL ME. That is a must. A deposit was made and she them she could not get the vehicle for another week due to her work schedule. They gave her no paperwork except for receipt for down payment. JC kept texting her to pick it up immediately. Wanted her to call him. She texted back that she was in ICU and could not make a call. Her mother was in ICU on a ventilator and he wants her to drop everything to pick up a car that was way overpriced. She was pressured constantly. SHE decided that she would not deal with the pressure. She made an appointment for 1PM with JC on June 16th to obtain her deposit back. She was told he would be right with her. She never did see him. After 2PM, someone came and took her driver’s license and debit card to refund the money. After another 45 minutes, it was returned to her but no receipt. We expected this amount to show up in her account in the next day or two. NO. I called and one person said 48 to 72 hrs. I asked for accountant but only got switchboard and was told 7 to 10 days. Ten days and no refund yet. Our Bank is DISPUTING. They saw a young girl and an old grandma and took extreme advantage. Also, JC left her waiting while he took a break outside and talked in Spanish to other workers. Her boyfriend was sitting in car and overheard them speaking about her and me.
