Michael was very open and genuine with us which we really appreciated, as many salespeople we have dealt with in the past tended to be pushy and insincere. We had had a terrible experience with another Hyundai showroom 3 years ago ,leasing our 2014, and we did not want to experience that again, so we were relieved that Michael understood and treated us with respect and humor. It took 2 visits to finally settle on a new Tucson lease, but Michael helped us through it. Thanks. More
