I am incredibly frustrated with this dealership. I bought a 2021 CPO Santa Fe from them in December, and within 2-3 weeks I had all sorts of lights coming on the dashboard and issues with the car st I bought a 2021 CPO Santa Fe from them in December, and within 2-3 weeks I had all sorts of lights coming on the dashboard and issues with the car starting. I brought it in to the service center and after a day or two they said they didn’t know what the issue was, they just “unplugged and plugged everything” back in again. But the dashboard lights were off. Fast forward a month it happens again. I call to make an appt and it was a week out. I wound up canceling because the issue went away again. Now my check engine light is on and I’m having all sorts of issues driving the vehicle. The engine completely shut off when I was stopped at a stop sign. My husband and I have been calling every day for a week. We keep getting an answering machine in the service center with no call backs. We’ve spoken to other people in the showroom who said they’ll pass our information to the service department. Today the only solution they had was to call another Hyundai dealership. Absolute garbage dealership. First they sell us a lemon, and they won’t even take the time of day to look at the car or even return a phone call. Update: I got an email saying the dealership said they resolved the issue which is total BS! They still have not returned any of our calls, given us an appt, or reached out in any way shape or form!! More
This is the 2nd time I've gotten car at this dealership and they are wonderful! This time I had the pleasure to work with Josh, Max & Alex and they were simply the best! I called Stamford Hyundai immediately they made the appointment for me! On top Harstdale NY Hyundai they don’t ever returns your call. I rather drive from White Plsins NY to Stamford CT than go to Harstdale Hyundai. More

It was a little more than what I was aiming for, but my dealer, Brian, really let me ask all the questions I needed to be comfortable with my wanted. My family and I drove nearly 2 hours after speaking with Mia who confirmed availability of the vehicle we had seen online. However when we arrived we were informed by a salesman that the vehicle was sold a day prior. We were lied to just to get us in the door and try and sell us a more expensive car. We were offered no apology or remorse that we had just wasted our entire day and money to travel there for nothing. Mia did not once come out from the back office and when I called her to question how this happened and why she flat out lied to us she simply hung up the phone with not even so much as an "I'm Sorry." These business practices are completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this lying deceitful dealership to anyone. Stay away! More

Zero Stars for sure This is the worst dealership I have ever been to, service is horrible and they are all liars. Word of advise! go anywhere else but here. they are the worst I have ever been to. Thank GOD I got a better deal at Koppel Hyundai in Queens, that I do recommend. from a Frustrated consumer !!! More
