Very disappointing experience! I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dealership for many reasons. The salesman was friendly at first, until we started to negotiate the I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dealership for many reasons. The salesman was friendly at first, until we started to negotiate the price of a used car I was interested in. I didn't like that they added around $1500 in additional "fees" to the on-line listed price, beyond the standard tax, title, and registration fees. It made what appeared to be a good deal, not so much. Before we started to negotiate the salesman put a posted note with a number on it, on his desk and said someone had just "called" about the car I was interested, and referenced that "call" later on as well. I knew right away this was total BS. After being on the market for nearly 3 months, I seriously doubt that someone just happened to call before 10am on a Saturday when I happened to show up. What was more concerning was that, after I pointed out that there were two open recalls on the car, based on the Carfax, he insinuated this had been taken care of. I took him at his word, and after a good hour of back and forth we agreed on a price. We arranged for him to take the vehicle to my mechanic the next day, just down the road for my peace of mind, then he said they would be updated the inspection sticker, and I would be on my way. Again, the recall was never mentioned. It wasn't until I put the VIN# in a national data base that night, that I found that the recalls were in fact not taken care of. I also noticed that they calculated the tax incorrectly, inflating the price by a couple of hundred dollars. The next day, I asked to speak to a supervisor to go over the fact that I would have purchased this car and driven it for years with two open recalls, had I not did my HW the previous night. They made excuses about this "oversight", which I was not satisfied with given the fact that their shortcut was coming at the expense of my personal safety. They also acknowledged that they had put the wrong zip code to calculate the sales tax. Was this incompetence or on purpose, to add a little extra profit to their margins? I'll never know. Either way, I wouldn't do business with this dealership ever again. On a different website, their first many ratings were mostly in the 1 star range, then the ones that followed were almost all in the 5 star range. I find this highly suspicious as well. More

Great experience with salesman Giorgio After visiting several Hyundai dealerships in the area, including New Rochelle, the Bronx, and Paramus Hyundai, we felt the least pressure and treated After visiting several Hyundai dealerships in the area, including New Rochelle, the Bronx, and Paramus Hyundai, we felt the least pressure and treated like family at Central Ave Hyundai. Our first encounter was with Giorgio who put us at ease and made us laugh. He quickly introduced us to the manager Max, who also was a super nice guy. Max was sitting with another customer who was back to start a new lease and couldn’t speak more highly of that dealership. They didn’t initially have the vehicle we were looking for but found one in the area and made us an offer we couldn’t refuse. Giorgio found us exactly what we wanted and we had full faith in him on a car we hadnt even seen or test drive. Everything worked out. Communication was great. Customer Service was great. Couldn’t have been happier with Giorgio. More

We went in on Dec. 29th and took our car home on the 31st. The car, although a 2016, was spotless inside and out and had low mileage. We didn't opt for an extended warranty or service package and there was no push to change our mind. Giorgio Demirsoy, our salesman, was personable, knowledgeable, and understanding of our needs. He even sat in the car with me to make sure I understood the controls. More

I purchased a used Honda CR-V from this dealer on December 26th,had pay full in cash,salesman Ray Perez and Fabio Gomez behind. 1.- The car was DIRTY I purchased a used Honda CR-V from this dealer on December 26th,had pay full in cash,salesman Ray Perez and Fabio Gomez behind. 1.- The car was DIRTY inside when I did the drive test,Mr Perez told me that they were supposedly clean it (looking like new)when delivery to me.Next day they delivered to me same way as I drove the day before. 2.-On my way to work I see the letter that say "check fuel cap" on the dashboard. Called Fabio and he told me to go to a Honda dealer and get the original cap,bought it and changed and the "check fuel cap "still on I went to auto zone to reset that letters,a few days later the "check engine " come on,I went to auto zone to get the codes and they told me that the car need to be check by mechanic bc was something wrong with the emission system...called to Central Avenue Hyundai,left message for Fabio Gomez and he never respond to me. So I drove there on Tuesday 15th,last week and after 3 hours they found that a plastic part is broken,they supposedly order the part to be delivery on Thursday 17th,and until today Thursday 24th I'm still waiting for them to call me,I can't even take the car to have the emission test in Connecticut because of that broken part it will fail. This is my first time buying a car from a dealer and I think will be the last... I'm feeling very frustrated,can't sleep well,complaining myself,asking why they don't care about customers.
