Beware crazy extra charges! The salesman tried to add $1700 on dealer charges after advertising a car for $19000. Six other dealers all add on chargers ranging from $400-800. I was only looking to shop around and see if I can trade in my old car which seemed impossible. Max helped me find the car I would love and made sure it was the right car for me. Andrew stepped in and gave me a deal I could not refuse. It was one of the most efficent and quick deals I have ever made and now I am proud to say I am driving a brand new Hyundai Sonata 2019. My service consultant, Evi Urena, was totally professional, polite, understanding, and knowledgeable. So was the service manager, John Nunziata, as well as the technician that worked on my car. A loaner was immediately provided, my vehicle delivered as promised, and repaired correctly. This dealership delivered the goods when it comes to service. By the way, I did not purchase my car here. You can be confident that no matter where you may be, Hyundai will take care of you and your car. More

Turned out that DeShaun and the staff made an offer i could not refuse. But there was no pressure. DeShaun went over the car dewith me and answered all my many questions; very good. When i got home with my new car I went over all the numbers again. It was a fair deal. Allen in finance made the last part simple; he being very efficient, straight forward, and friendly. Would not recommend I originally found the car online and from what I saw I loved it. I get there and we immediately hop in the car I was interested in for a test drive a I originally found the car online and from what I saw I loved it. I get there and we immediately hop in the car I was interested in for a test drive and everything was fine. We then get back to the dealership and as we are still outside looking at the car another employee hops in and moves it right in front of us. Angel apologizes and says it was poor timing. We decide to proceed with purchasing the car anyway, and they bring me a price which is $2,000 above the listed price which we had to agree to. Then we are sent to the finance department and ended up paying more than $5,000 more than the online listed price. As for the car. We were told that as we were doing the paperwork, it was getting a detailing and it had fresh oil and it was getting gassed up. However, after driving it about 200 miles I notice the oil percentage was already at 40%. I also find out that there were two open recalls on the car(one being a seatbelt pretensioner) and I have to take it in to get them replaced. I would not have expected that from a place that talks about their concern with making sure the cars are safe. On top of all that. When I try to contact my sales rep he completely avoids my calls and emails when I was only looking to ask a simple question...by this time it has been two weeks and the only contact with the dealership I have received back was the request for me to leave a review on "How did we do?" so here you go. More
