One thing I know now is Murphy Cadillac is retired I won't be back to this dealership. Their sales department is as bad as their service department at their GMC location down the road. We bought an Escalade from them in November of 2017 and will NEVER purchase a Cadillac again. The owner Kevin can apparently refuse service if you have an issue with your new vehicle. The rear seat rattled in my new car and we had to bring it to them 3 times to fix. Now we have an issue with the transmission and they are refusing service on a warrantied vehicle. Buyer beware, the sales team will give you empty promises and the service department SUCKS! More
Vehicle had been in an accident, we were never told. We bought a cadillac from Murphy and had it for a few years, we decided we wanted an SUV looked at the Escalade but much to pricey, we went to GM an We bought a cadillac from Murphy and had it for a few years, we decided we wanted an SUV looked at the Escalade but much to pricey, we went to GM an decided on a Yukon the dealership pulled up the carfax on the caddy and notified us it had been in an accident,the whole front end had been hit so now the trade in value dropped from 22,000 to 18,000, we have always had and purchased every caddy from Murphy,They with held the fact that the car had been hit, we would not have purchased it had we known,I went to Murphy to confront the manager, when told of the situation he stated ever knowing it had been hit, and was very rude,we paid 38,000 for a car that was in an accident, that was not worth 38,000, very sneaky,The manager really didn't know what to say, he told me they don't have to disclose the information that it's not against the law ,don't ever purchased from them, not trustworthy...liars...Never feels good getting screwed over by people you have dealt with over 20 years! More

In our 71 years of doing business with auto dealerships, without a doubt, Murphy Cadillac, is the "finest" we have ever experienced ! Greg Gorman , Service Advisor, has done an " outstanding job" when ever we needed help or service. More recently, John Trudeau, has also, done an outstanding job, in locating a 2017 car, " equipped the way " we wanted. Specialized purchase experience I did extensive research when replacing my old CTS with 90,000 miles and decided that I wanted a certified used 2014 two door CTS-V with a 6 speed man I did extensive research when replacing my old CTS with 90,000 miles and decided that I wanted a certified used 2014 two door CTS-V with a 6 speed manual. I took Murphy my problem and their Internet sales rep, John Trudeau, spend close to three weeks searching for the car using nationwide search tools. He ended up making bids on more than six different vehicles keeping me informed through the entire process. I got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted with no drama and even made a friend. I have owned many Cadillac's over the years in many cities and this is the absolute best service department that has ever service my cars. The funny part of the story is I had what I thought was a great rate from USAA and John got me a better rate. The next day on the way home from the grocery store we drove though the lot again and John said that they liked me so much that they would like to sell me another car so we ended up buying a 2014 SRX the next day. Thank you for finally fixing my water leak! I purchased a new to me Cadillac ATS in May of this year. The car has a factory warranty that will expire in December 2016. Most of my concerns have been taken care of at another Cadillac dealership (that is closer to my home). However, Ii have had a water leak that 2 other dealerships have not been able to locate. Thanks to my Service Writer Greg and the Technician named Billy, we have success! It seems that the previous owner had the evaporator core replaced and the drain line was never reattached. Murphy Cadillac also replaced the rear parcel shelf that was coming apart. The other "Local" Cadillac dealership told me that "that part is not available from the factory". Hmm, really? Great service, great "yes we can" attitude. A nice thing to encounter after "the other Cadillac dealership". Murphy Cadillac, thank you! Bill McCauley More
