Flat tire replacement I had to have a flat tire replaced. I had no appointment. I was there at 930 am and Emile took care of me as fast as he could. He provided me with the info that I needed to get my tire replaced for free because I had purchased extended care for my lease vehicle. I have always been taken care of whenever I need service. Terrible follow up after the sale. I purchased a used vehicle at this location. I was told that there was a warranty after the sale. After driving it for a few days, I noticed some issu I purchased a used vehicle at this location. I was told that there was a warranty after the sale. After driving it for a few days, I noticed some issues that I thought I should have looked at. I noticed a rattle on acceleration and the suspension would groan a little, especially on speed bumps and other inclines that would require a low speed approach. They couldn’t duplicate the suspension issue. I was told that it was probably brought on by the fact that it was raining. The did isolate the rattle. I was told it was a heat shield issue. After my 90 days was up, and the groaning sounds were still present, I decided to take it to an actual Toyota dealer. After taking 5 minutes to diagnose the problem, it turns out that the rear sway bar was bent and the car was sitting at an angle. This was the cause of the suspension noise. They also noticed that the rear suspension had been aligned so that the rear wheels were sitting at a more pronounced angle than normal. This caused the tires to wear prematurely. The rattle issue was resolved by Tasca removing the heat shielding. Not fixing it, or adjusting it, just removing it. I paid for all of this out of pocket, as I called and spoke to Mike and he said that there was no chance that they would do anything to accommodate me, even though I had taken the car back to have these issues addressed only a few days after taking delivery. I have to say, Emile was pretty great during this entire time, but he said that the used car department’s answer was final. So, I paid for the repairs, and I will never purchase or service a car at any Tasca location, and I won’t recommend their network to anyone looking for a car. I’ve been dealing with this family for a number of years. When Bob Sr. was alive, things like this would never have happened, and if they did, they’d be resolved. I’m leaving 3 stars, based solely on Emile’s part of the equation. He was the only person who seemed genuinely concerned after the sale. More

She knows me by my name when I come in, she asks about my wife by name as to how my wife is doing, even though she only met her once, and makes sure that when I’m there for service today is what I still need an always has a smile on your face.
