OUT OF CONTROL WINDOW WASHER My windshield washer would not stop and this resulted in a safety issue. the service department gave me a quick appointment and found a wire that was My windshield washer would not stop and this resulted in a safety issue. the service department gave me a quick appointment and found a wire that was not grounded. it took more than one day but they thankfully did not release the car until they were sure that the safety issue was resolved. Service I purchased my first Cadillac from Paul Masse, My second Cadillac was purchased from them because of there exceptional service. When Tasca took over I purchased my first Cadillac from Paul Masse, My second Cadillac was purchased from them because of there exceptional service. When Tasca took over I was concerned the personal service that I had experienced and had grown accustomed to would be lost. It was initially a bumpy road as the new team moved in and pushed the older ones out. Service initially left much to be desired as it was rough and jagged. Some seasoned employees moved on but over time you kept the best and had them help bring the new team up to what this locations customers have grown to expect from there GMC dealership. As usual this GMC dealership/service facility has performed exceptionally. My only concern is that the Cadillac experienced mechanics operate on the Cadillac vehicles. On a former visit, only a few days earlier, there was a problem that developed that would have probably been prevented should the other mechanic have serviced it. Outside of that Jim was good and assured that I had transportation during my vehicles service period. The personal recognition goes a long way in my book as I am also in the service/sales field. When I walk in, weather scheduled or not. I am always welcomed by Emile by name and in a friendly manner. That goes a long way in my book. Jim is good, welcomes the customer but could have a little more of Emile's polish. All in all though your TEAM is great and for that reason I return when I need service on my CTS4 More

Very accomodating to customer's needs. I had an appointment on a snowy Saturday, To my surprise the service department was operating at full speed, There was only 1 cancellation. I forgot my wallet at home, and they allowed me to return home to retrieve it without losing much time. The customer waiting area was warm and inviting and everyone on the sales floor was friendly. There was Starbucks coffee and continental breakfast and sandwiches for free! I had a 1/2 donut and a great cup of coffee! I checked some pricing for parts at the parts counter, was given a printed quote and about a half hour later, he came back to me with a discounted quote saving quite a difference. He also talked to the mechanic that was working on my car to check why I needed the part. I was amazed that the mechanic was able to repair the part to temporarily hold it in place until Spring! I was very appreciative to them for doing this, especially at no charge! What more can I say except that they have earned my trust and have gained a new customer. More
