Between the two vehicles, we went to a number of different dealers. The team at Tasca (Mike, Matt, Mark & Joe) was by far the most presentable, professional and knowledgeable by leaps and bounds. They way they worked as a team to accommodate our needs made it clear that that the client comes first. Overall great experience. More
Great customer service I received great customer service on 03/30/2016. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and was greeted by Emile who helped me ou I received great customer service on 03/30/2016. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and was greeted by Emile who helped me out immediately. I also mentioned that there was water dripping from under the dash and Emile and the service tech determined the cause of the leak, ordered the parts and informed me it will take about a week for them to arrive. The service staff at Taska is outstanding. More

First Car Purchase was very comforting This was my first car purchase and heading into the dealership i knew I had to look out for advantage taking dealers but when Nolan Clagg greeted me a This was my first car purchase and heading into the dealership i knew I had to look out for advantage taking dealers but when Nolan Clagg greeted me at the door my parents and I both knew he was different. The environment was very comforting and they were generous with snacks and drinks. We weren't able to negotiate a better price than the given value but the car has been well worth the pretty penny I paid. They're straight up with you about what insurance you should get and what is basically a waste of money and they were also able to meet or beat the rates we got from outside companies. I would come back to Tasca Buick/GMC in Woonsocket, RI to purchase another car any day. (Ask for Nolan) More

He loves his job thats for sure and he should because he is a very good example of what a service advisor should be. He is Attentive, patient, down to earth and extremely Nice. He is always there to try to help me with the frustration that I was experiencing because of the issue. It is awesome when someone else understands why your frustrated with a car because of an issue that not only you hear but the advisor and technician do as well. So thank you Emile for getting things done so fast. The technician Mike was awesome as well the patience he had with trying to figure out the issue was great it was much appreciated! Would recommend these two to anyone with a GM. The Waiting room is out of this world, starbucks, Rochs sandwiches, water, apples, hot chocolate, masage chairs and TV with all the channels! This place is top notch and the people there are as well!!! thank you Tasca! More

Matt was able to get me the truck of my dreams Initially going into the dealership Thursday I got out of the car and was not ambushed but in a few minutes nicely greeted by Chris .After looking aro Initially going into the dealership Thursday I got out of the car and was not ambushed but in a few minutes nicely greeted by Chris .After looking around I picked out a nice GMC Sierra I went inside and saw a very organized dealership , the service dept looked very clean and organized and running smoothly , there was a front end customer service conseirge desk with a man directing customer traffic, it looked like they had a system and everyone was executing their part in it not like some other dealerships I had been to . My expectations were not high that I'd be approved I had some serious financial problems last year but have recovered . They put through the first run and said that I wasn't able to get approved. I wasn't angry I understood. Matt said he would keep trying though. I've heard that from others before so my expectations were actually even lower than before now ( not knowing at this time Matt was a man of his word) So I went home disappointed but understood it was my own fault. Low and behold Saturday I get a call saying your all set you can pick up your new truck today. Somehow Matt kept working hard and got me approved through GMC financing at a great rate. Matt kept his word and worked hard to help get me approved something that doesnt happen alot in todays world .I applaud this dealership from the beginning of the process to the end. Matt I appreciate more than you know helping , fighting for me to get a second chance at fixing my credit the positive repercussions from you helping me will continue to multiply and help me , also as well getting me into the truck I wanted and will have for a long time. Next time I am car shopping or someone I know is I am sending them to Matt and Chris at Tasca Woonsocket. More
