From my initial E-Mail enquiry, through "test drive" to sales agreement were most pleasant. My time dealing with staff was quite hospitable and I was made to feel like family. Mikayla Hogan, Salesperson along with Jack Clagg, GM answered all my questions and negotiated a fair sales price on my selected vehicle. Matt Venturini was most knowledgeable and accommodating. He was unpresumptuous and presented various extended service options fairly and without preference. I am scheduled to take delivery of my vehicle on Friday, 10MAR17 and I am most confident my total experience will be a refreshing one and I will be satisfied!!!!!!! Issues with my AWD turning off. Made the appointment because my Encore's computer kept telling me my AWD was off. Was a quick fix with a computer reprogram. My truck was fixed in a very timely manner/very professional Jim in Service-really stepped up for us. We have owned 4 GMC trucks over the years..I was in town for a college event for my daughter and was on a ti Jim in Service-really stepped up for us. We have owned 4 GMC trucks over the years..I was in town for a college event for my daughter and was on a tight schedule-my Denali was stuck in 4 wheel drive (programming recall I believe)-we called and Jim was extremely helpful...took our truck in and it was fixed in an hour on a Saturday..unheard of..and so kind! Thanks again to Jim for helping us out..we would have been snowed in through Monday if he hadn't stepped up. More
