I asked Mikayla about a 2015 Chevy Malibu that was advertised on the internet.She located the car and from there she made the process quick and easy. Eric one of the sales managers worked with me and we were able to close a deal in less than 20 minutes.I visited many dealerships in Ma and endied up purchasing my car from Tasca Buick GMC I found the whole staff very easy to work with. Great atmosphere, no pressure sales with great prices and fair money for my trade. I took my new car home that day. Faster then expected I was having a problem starting my car. I called, and was told I could bring it is the following morning. I asked if I could drop it off today, becau I was having a problem starting my car. I called, and was told I could bring it is the following morning. I asked if I could drop it off today, because I needed to be home for a delivery the following morning. Spoke with Jim Corrente and he said he call me tomorrow. I got a call that day at noon and they were able to take of the problem right away. Nice surprise being the holiday weekend. I was back in my car by 3PM. More

I walked in and was met by Mikayla Hogan, who immediately went to work to show me the car I had in mind, introduced me to the other folks needed to process my purchase (finance and general managers). I knew what I wanted to pay, didn't need to test drive the car since I was buying another of the same, and I knew I didn't want to spend the entire day there waiting around for "sales pressure". Well, there were none of the anticipated concerns - everyone performed in the most professional manner, and actually went out of their way to see that I had the best rate, a car ready to drive off the lot, and all without the "push to buy" pressure. It was a delight to work with this team, and Tasca management should be proud of their employees - they made it easy to buy a car. More
Problem finally resolved. Brought my car in for what I thought was a tire problem. Unfortunately, I had to bring my car back 2x for computer tire sensor issue. Upon the 2nd time l was allowed a free rental and car was fixed in 24hrs. Emile , service manager was sensitive to the back and forth issued with fixing my car. I want to say thankfully, problem resolved, so far so good. Thanks again, Sincerely, Cheryl Simon More
