I met :Larry and he took the time to take me for a test drive and answer any questions I had about the car. He also inquired as to other cars I was interested in from other manufacturers. We had a detailed discussion about my priorities in a new car and he made it clear that he wanted me to be happy with my purchase whether I chose a Buick or went elsewhere. Of all the cars I took out, the Buick met me expectations. The entire process was quick and efficient and working with Larry and the rest of the team was very easy and low pressure. A good relationship. I've enjoyed my new Buick for about a week now and I love it. More

Great Sales Person (Dave) Dave Stravato was a pleasure to work with. He wasn't pushy with us, took the time to show us the different amenities in the Acadia and was very friend Dave Stravato was a pleasure to work with. He wasn't pushy with us, took the time to show us the different amenities in the Acadia and was very friendly to our 4 year old daughter (he gave her a donut, so she of course LOVED him). Dave was knowledgeable in the particular car we wanted, and made the trade-in of our old SUV seamless. We did go in on a Saturday afternoon so it did take a while to get all the paperwork ready, we spent about 2 hours at the dealership after picking out the car and signing the initial paperwork. I think it was because there was only one person working in the Finance department, but again it was a Saturday afternoon so that could be why. Once the paperwork in the Finance department was ready to go over and sign Matt took the time to go over our options and what all the paperwork was. He also didn't mind our girls touching everything in his office and telling him about Trolls and Moana. Overall it was a great experience, definitely more of a family atmosphere than the other dealership we have had experience with. More
