Excellent Service Hi all, So I went to the dealership over the weekend with a specific vehicle in mind. I had recently traded in a lease at a Nissan dealership and d Hi all, So I went to the dealership over the weekend with a specific vehicle in mind. I had recently traded in a lease at a Nissan dealership and did not have a pleasant experience with the pushy salesman there. However, upon arriving to this dealership I was greeted by David Rainha. He was extremely friendly and laid back. It was a relief after my previous dealership experiences. He got me in the GMC Terrain that I had seen online and was very thorough throughout the entire process to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend seeing David for any car needs and would definitely buy from him again and/or recommend to friends and family. Thanks again! Matt B. More

This was my first experience buying a car and she made it as easy as possible for me without leaving out any details. She was very thorough and went through the entire car with me before I took it home. We also met with Anthony Castergini to discuss financing and he was great as well. He was very knowledgeable and willing to work with us to find something that would fit my needs. He was also very kind and did not push us into buying anything. He laid out all the options and helped us to narrow it down by explaining the pros and cons. The manager, Matt D'Ambra, was not as pleasant to work with. He was not willing to help us at all. This put a slight damper on things, but everyone else was so great. We also got to meet Emile Desmarais and he helped us look at the tires on the vehicle and he was very thorough and professional. He answered every question in a kind manor. Overall, I would say we had a great experience at this dealership. I am very pleased with the way my first experience has gone and I will definitely be recommending to others. More

This is what really matters, The sales team is JUST EXCELLENT. I bought my GMC Sierra Denali model 2017 and I had an incredible deal I couldn't find anywhere else. After three months of research I am glad I came across with this dealer. They were so gréât that my truck was in the show room with à tonneau cover that was not part of the deal and to m'y surprise when I sent to pick up my beautiful GMC Sierra Denali they left the tonneau on for me to keep as a gift. This is a 599 value. These people are just amazing. First of all I want to thanks Matt D'ambra, he is a sales manager and the first person I talked to. He provided me with all The information about the discount and final pricing of the vehicle. While I was in his office I met David Rainha, this guy is just and incredible person. He showed me several vehicles in the lot and helped out through the entire process. He went above and beyond; he took his time to set up myGMC app my iPhone, he called On Star to set up my account. He showed me all the great features of the truck I purchased and even set up my next maintenance appointment. You can't really asked for more. I also want to thanks Jaime Difonsi in the internet department, she was the first one who contacted me. I never saw her in person, but we comunícate several times by e-mail and this was the starting point.
