Simple, easy and fast David Raihna sold us this car. I had found it online and he took us through the car, got me in it to test drive within 15 minutes of us coming on the David Raihna sold us this car. I had found it online and he took us through the car, got me in it to test drive within 15 minutes of us coming on the lot. We had our 14 month old with us, so he knew we were on borrowed time! He showed us the features and took care of us during our visit. Excellent salesman - no gimmicks, knowledgeable and extremely friendly and outgoing. He set us up with a meet and greet with the finance manager and we put down a deposit for the car. Went back the very next day to close out the deal, trade in my car and drive off the lot! I haven't gone shopping for a new car in years, but I have to say, this was a painless experience - we were treated very well, received all the information on programs, extra care programs available, and a general sense of how much the employees like working there. Seems like a very close team, and all were in good spirits both times we came in. David ran through what was done on the car (new oil change, cleaned tires, new brakes, detailing of the car, and buffed out a few marks on the outside of the car). Set us up with a hot coffee and heat on and heated seats on for the car ride home, all the while making it a great first and last impression. Our financial manager, Anthony Castergini, ran through numbers, programs, and made us feel comfortable with what we would be getting and paying for - very knowledgeable ( and all that paperwork!!). They both stayed late to accommodate our schedule, but I didn't feel rushed or like they didn't want to be there. They genuinely wanted to be there to assist us. Thank you!!!! More

Emile instructed the reconditioning Tech of what I expected and it met and exceeded, as in my past visits this has been this has been an issue for me. I pointed out an issue with the car he took it up with his manager Matt and we settled on a fix this was a couple of scratches one on the door and trunk lid. Their collision center fixed the issue although I didn't deal with them direct the work was well done except the fact they didn't attach the door panel which the service department took care of it with out a problem. Over all I would purchase another vehicle from both Larry and Tasca GMC and Buick. More
