His service really stood out when he told me that he reviewed the best "incentive rewards" for each vehicle to help me to get to the monthly pay't I was comfortable with. I was able to negotiate everything over the phone/email. The only time I stepped into the dealership was to pick up my vehicle and finalize/sign finance documents. The finance representative was extremely organized and he too made it so easy. The entire process took approximately 1 hr and my car was in the front waiting for pick up. This is certainly an example of SERVICE EXCELLENCE. I highly recommend David Stravato and this Tasca team. More

Emile Desmarais scheduled their transmission expert to investigate problem and they found a Service Bulletin that addressed this particular problem. Transmission re-code fixed the problem. All done within an hour! Great job and service. More
