I spend these passing two weeks in and out of delealerships intermittently bringing my three little ones along. I came into Woonsocket TASCA and was greeted by Mikayla... she took the time to go over all the vehicles I was looking at not only going over all the pro’s but the honest cons for my family lifestyle. Between her and the GM, Mike, I left there feeling actually relieved and self reassured in my car purchases. Even now after the purchase they both continue to help me with any technical questions I have in my new car. I hope they are able to see this review. Thank You TASCA Of Woonsocket! Best!! More

Service with a smile and a team looking out for the customer I recently received a coupon in the mail for an oil change special on my 2017 Denali pickup. the price was very fair so i decided to use it even thou I recently received a coupon in the mail for an oil change special on my 2017 Denali pickup. the price was very fair so i decided to use it even though i is now a 45 min ride for me since I moved. Emile Desmaris was once again very informative, helpful and worked to get me a better deal. He checked my account and found I still had "Tasca Buck" credit left and applied that to my bill. He checked my vehicle VIN for product recalls as well. In the end i got my oil changed, tires rotated, multi point inspection and report, as well as vehicle wash for less than my original oil change coupon. I also had an invite via the mail for test drive incentives that i used as well with Mikayla Hogan. She knew going in, that I was not there to buy on this visit and the earliest I may do something would be near year end but most likely later than that. She took the time to show me a couple vehicles and test drives. She was professional and helpful the whole time. More

Very easy to work with - even from out of state I am from upstate New York, and I had been shopping online for a very specific vehicle. I wanted a 2013/2014 Cadillac Escalade. I am VERY picky abou I am from upstate New York, and I had been shopping online for a very specific vehicle. I wanted a 2013/2014 Cadillac Escalade. I am VERY picky about my car choices, and I will drive up to 4 hours away to get the best one at the best price. I found a 2013 Escalade in near perfect condition, with only 43K miles at Tasca Buick GMC, about 3 hours away from me. I do my homework, and this vehicle was priced below fair market value - making it the perfect choice. The negotiationg was easy. We handled it all over phone and emails. Even the GM (Mike Bessette) called me personally to help get the job done. Everyone was pleasant to work with. And a special shout out to Dave Stravato for going the extra mile and making sure all the paperwork was complete before I arrived. I was in and out of the dealership in under 30 minutes. THAT was record timing ,and I appreciated it very much with the long drive home. Mikayla was very helpful in getting my plates swapped out from my trade and ensuring I was in and out. This was great. I want to say that everyone . . .from my point of contact on the internet (Jaime Difonzo) . . to Dave(#2) - sorry, I did not remember his name .but he helped me sign all the paperwork when I arrived and I really appreciate how fast that went. Things do not always go this easy, when buying a car. I actually had walked out of a deal at one of my local dealerships . .just 7 days prior to this - because my local dealership is still old school - playing games and bait and switch. It was really nice to negotiate over the phone. And be in and out in under 30. That 3 hour drive home was awesome in the Escalade. Would not hesitate to return here next time. More
