I had a nice experience buying a used car from them. The sales person(Dale) went above and beyond making sure my concerns were addressed with the car. Do not purchase. They will scam you. They will tell you that you are not eligible for any lease incentives, even though your previous lease is paid off. When looking They will scam you. When looking at cars on the screen, they actually turned the screen from me and said I couldn't look at it. I followed up with GMC and GMC financial only to find out that I would have been eligible for the posted lease incentives. They were dishonest and I have been a 10 year GMC/Buick Customer. I don't know if it was because they thought I was an easy target. But complaints filed with AG, FTC, Buick/GMC and GMC financial . More

I am a first time dealership customer- didn’t really know what to expect. Dale and Ken (the finance director) took their time with me working out the best possible plan within my budget…..Everything was explained to me step by step.
