Tasca Buick GMC Woonsocket

The heart of Tasca Arrived early for service on our new 2019 GMC Terrain. I was met by Fred Altieri at the Service Counter who asked if he could help me. I told him our new Terrain was in for its 1st oil change. He immediately explained what was to take place, answered any questions that I had and produced the form I had to sign. Then pointed out there were coffee, tea and donuts available for my choosing and the lounge area where I could relax while waiting for the Terrain to be serviced. It was during that time while I was waiting that I could observe people coming up to the service counter inquiring to Fred, Emile or Mikayla about service appointments for their vehicles. At the same time employees were coming in to work stopping by the service counter to say hello. Throughout all of this activity you could see Fred, Emile and Mikayla diligently going about their business making sure all the customers were taken care of and their vehicles were ready to be serviced. It is also at that point that it struck me that all of this early morning activity is right at the heart of Tasca and each and every day at Tasca it begins at the service counter and the people that stand behind it. More

He appeared to genuinely enjoy his job and respect the company he worked for. He got on the phone with my insurance company and I didn't have to do anything. The vehicle was super clean inside and out. They got me through financing very quickly and gave me more for my trade than I was even asking. The price was right and I couldn't be happier. I usually HATE going to dealers because they take FOREVER!!! I was in and out of there in about 1-1/2 hrs from start to finish, that's not bad. More
