Great Service, Love my Escape and Anthony was Awesome! I am writing this review on Anthony Ferriera, who worked with me on the purchase of a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium on January 10, 2020. I found this veh I am writing this review on Anthony Ferriera, who worked with me on the purchase of a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium on January 10, 2020. I found this vehicle online on 1/9/2020, I called on Friday, 1/10/2020 to see if it was available, which it was and I made an appointment for 3:00 pm that day. I realized that I had an appointment at 3:30 and that time would not work for me. I called back and asked if I could come in around 12:30 instead, which I was advised was fine and that Anthony would be helping me. When I got to the Woonsocket Tasca, Anthony was waiting outside in the front, greeted me and brought me to his desk for some information. The Escape was waiting outside for me to test drive. Anthony was so great to work with, no pressure, he knew his stuff, and after a few price negotiations, we agreed and I purchased the car. Anthony asked me when I wanted to pick it up, I said if possible today before 2:30, because I had the appointment at 3:30 that afternoon. Anthony said he thought it could be done, and promptly sent my new Escape to be cleaned and ready to go. I was pleased when I was able to drive off the lot with my new Escape at 2:45pm, which worked out great. Anthony was great to deal with, he was very polite, courteous and did not make me feel pressured to purchase at a price I was not comfortable with. I was so happy that I could get my new Escape the same day. This is my second purchase through Tasca, Cranston and both times I have been very satisfied and happy with my experience. I will continue to purchase vehicles from Tasca, but I will seek Anthony out. My son and daughter inlaw came to pick up my 2010 Mercury Milan that was purchased in January 2011, and in speaking with Anthony have expressed that they would be calling Anthony when they were in the market for a new vehicle.
