In this day and age, you need a car. This dealership made it seem more as an important service/ product rather than just throw me a random one. As a first time buyer, I knew exactly what I wanted, and they d it seem more as an important service/ product rather than just throw me a random one. As a first time buyer, I knew exactly what I wanted, and they delivered. Dale really took his time and effort to know these cars inside and out, to make sure buyers like me get the right one. Not only did they get me a nice car, they do their best to get a nice and affordable deal and plan. They were very clear with what I am paying for and made sure I was comfortable before I put a payment down. I highly recommend! More

I am definitely going to have more than 15 words to describe Tasca GMC. I have purchased and or leased three vehicles from Taska in the past. I made the BIGGEST mistake of going to a different dealersh describe Tasca GMC. I have purchased and or leased three vehicles from Taska in the past. I made the BIGGEST mistake of going to a different dealership when my most recent lease was up. The incredibly rude, disrespectful, and misogynistic sales MANAGER (yes MANAGER) has the most despicable and unacceptable behavior. I had purchased a car from this dealership not even 2 weeks ago and the radio wasn’t working properly from the start. They claimed to have fixed it on three different occasions and then when I finally got it back for the fourth time it had a crack in the spoiler which was not there when it went in to be serviced again. Long story short the sales manager told me that they were not going to fix the spoiler and if the radio did not work again that he would purchase the vehicle back from me and I could go “on my merry way“. I was absolutely disgusted and appalled, left there and drove right to Taska. Went into the building like a demon from xxxx and met Dale right off the bat. He was so understanding and accommodating and just very easy to talk to. I explained the whole situation to him, he was appalled himself so we talked for a while and I decided the smartest thing for me to do was to return the car because yes the radio did fail on the way home from the dealership for the fourth time. So I went back to the dealership the next day, handed over the keys and said I am all done and I will never come back to this dealership nor would I ever recommend anybody to that dealership. I messaged Dale and asked him if it was OK if I came back at a certain time and would be able to show me some cars in my price range. He immediately responded saying absolutely which car would you like me to have ready for you to test drive. I test drove quite a few vehicles and he worked with both me and my husband with pricing and did the best job he could possibly do on his end with the purchase of this car (incredibly beautiful 2020 Buick Envision Prefered). Now on to Kenny the financial manager! Once again super easy to talk to, typed on that keyboard and did EVERYTHING he could and got our payment to wear we needed it to be. If I was able to give Tasca a 10 star review or a 15 star review, then I would give them as many stars as I possibly could. I was asked by a another sales representative who was joking around with us if I could rate Dale on a scale of 0 to 10 what would I rate him as, My answer was a 20 or even more. He was just absolutely fantastic and I am so happy with the car, with the service with everything. Now it’s not fair to rate Dale and not rate Kenny so on a scale of 0 to 10 for Kenny I would have to say again at least a 20 if not higher. They both went above and beyond to accommodate me and my husband and we drove out of their parking lot in our beautiful new vehicle with big bright smiles on our faces and Dale was genuinely happy for me. It was not fake it was a genuine “I am so happy for you and I am so glad to see your face smiling instead of the upset face you had the other day”. I know this review is very long-winded and I apologize for that. I just feel that my story needed to be told And explain the situation that I was in and how I was treated by a different dealership and how Tasca made that terrible experience so much better and just made me that much happier. If I could recommend anybody to go to Tasca for even just service alone never mind just buying a car but the service department the sales department all of the departments are just awesome! I want to thank Dale for being who he is and I would like to thank Kenny for using those keyboard skills and having a heart and knowing and understanding what a family budget is and how extremely important it is and being able to accommodate that, so thank you all Tasks GMC for everything you have done for not just myself but for my family as well! -Kelly RI More
