Having said that, Eric L'Europa did an excellent job listening to and answering and all my questions as well as aligning my wants w/ my budget. He showed me exactly what truck models/packages would work financially as to maximize my potential options for my Sierra/All Terrain purchase. Matt Venturini (aka Fred) in finance was very personable and took his time to explain the process/coverage's available. Another Long Distance Buyer Had a terrible experience trying to buy a new truck from a local dealer in Smithtown, NY - where I live. Had a deal in place. Disappointing, no follow through Bought a wonderful car, great price, pleasant sales person, great financing, then it went down hill. Car wasn't ready when we were told it would be. Once we had the car they were to pick up the car for something to be fixed, never showed, never called. When we bought the car we were promised a accessory and have it in writing. We were told 2 weeks. Three weeks later we called and they never had ordered. Almost 5 weeks now and they still have not called us. Horrible follow through !!! More
