So, I went into Tasca with the info on a specific used car I had seen on their website, and I believe that was key. Not quite a laid-back experience, but definitely not a white-knuckle trip, either. Exceptional Service w/ A Smile! I told him I would be by in 30 minutes for a test drive and when I arrived he had the truck up front and all warmed up ready to go, very informative and knowledgeable about the truck and a great guy. I've had a few Denali's in the past and knew exactly what I wanted so after the test drive we started talking numbers they wanted for the truck and what I wanted for the trade. After a few rounds with Chris and Mike Bessette I feel I got a great deal on a beautiful new truck, Mike was a great guy when going back and forth with the numbers I felt at no time pressure on buying the truck just focused on trying to get me the best deal possible. The truck was ready for pickup the next day and Matt Venturini in Finance was a great guy, down to earth and customer service focused and we even managed to get a few jokes in which is great in todays business world. I run a very successful small business of my own and have had every type of car / truck from plain to high end and I feel that the customer service and atmosphere at Tasca GMC was as good as and in some cases better than the high end market dealers I have dealt with and greatly appreciate that and respect that because that is how we run our business on customer satisfaction to earn a customers business and they earned my current and future GMC business.
