Came back recommending a transmission fluid change and service. I accepted. When I checked out the price was significantly lower than initial quote! Service Adviser and Service Department were very respectful of our time and had us done in a timely manner. I won't hesitate to recommend Dick Norris to my friends. More

Was asked when I wanted to come in and said I could bring it in right now if I wanted and that it only take one half hour. I did not have time that day so I asked for the next day at 2 o'clock, they said no problem. You don't get service like that at very many places anymore . They did a great job and were very friendly. I was treated with kindness and respect and they fixed my car very quickly even though I had made my appointment with another location so they were not expecting me. I will use them from now on. More
