When I called to inform the service department that the car not drives worse than before I was told that maybe the tires need to be replaced. Interesting since when I picked up the car I was told that the tires were fine. Now you have invited me to bring back in to charge me for a balance. Just wasting more of my time... More

Norris GMC was very accommodating, kept me informed via telephone, and service was done correctly. And I didn’t even buy the vehicle thru their dealership, so that’s service no matter what. So, granted, you'll read some positive remarks about situations that played out well but if you happen to be in scenario where they don't come out ahead, you'll see how fast their attitude, as a team, turns against you. We came to see and purchase a used Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Our salesman was a nice guy on the surface during the customer courting process but he didn't provide any back up support once things went south. We caught him off guard on a call later and he was an expert "bob & weave" artist and provided zero follow-through on his word when it REALLY counted. Our credit score is in the 800s and they presented us with a full point higher rate when we later compared with another dealership using the SAME EXACT LENDER. But at the time, we signed the contract to purchase this vehicle trusting them and their process. However, we did not bring the vehicle home. Once home, we found a better model of the same vehicle elsewhere and spoke to this dealership and without asking for better consideration, we were offered it immediately and wholeheartedly. We saw the stark difference in business model, ethic, and customer service as we delved into the prospect with them! So you know: in the state of Florida, you must drive off the lot with the vehicle in order to complete the transaction. This is called "Accepting Delivery". KNOW THIS. Call the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles to confirm for yourself: If you have not accepted delivery, the car is not yet yours. They berated and threatened us with lawyers when we quoted this Florida statute. They flatly claimed the law is a "lie" but we have FULL CONFIRMATION from the state to the contrary. We are very literally operating within our rights and we should never have to be subject to threats and intimidation JUST BECAUSE things weren't going in their favor. The vehicle never left their lot and within roughly 72 hours, we notified them of our intention to withdraw from the transaction based on our findings. Two upper-level men stood and shouted at us in their showroom in front of their own customers (cue threats of lawyers, etc). We left without the vehicle. They have ignored every phone call and email ever since requesting our deposit money returned. So we've been forced to involve the state to retrieve our deposit. So unnecessary. So petty. Sure, Dick Norris might ignore us and drag out the process of getting our money back, but they haven't ruined our ability to get into our dream car. We are very happy with the transaction we completed with Courtesy Auto Group yesterday! More

In the years that I've been going to Dick Norris Buick's service department, I've never had that experience. It really doesn't matter whether it is me or my wife bringing the car in, the standard of excellence and honesty remains. I have no problem at all with the service department or the service staff at Dick Norris Buick GMC. More
