I can't say enough about this dealership's service department. They are always receptive, they listen, they take good notes, and most of all they communicate with the customers. I just had the pleasure of working with Michael due to Lenny being on vacation. after some testing, the resolutions were spelled out quite thouroughly and we had to make a pretty expensive decision. We even waffled once, but Michael was patient and advised us again of both options. We went with a full replacement and that car has new life! More

Quick and friendly conversation with Lenny Demarco concerning what I wanted done to my 2010 Buick LaCrosse. Then over to the Customer Lounge to have coffee and relax. Lenny came over around 10:30 and concerning what I wanted done to my 2010 Buick LaCrosse. Then over to the Customer Lounge to have coffee and relax. I brought my vehicle in because the fuel tank and trailer light harness had been vandalized. Due to the strike that had been going on at the time, I had expected it to take a long time to get parts.
