I'm a 30 year-old Law Enforcement Sergeant and I have no time to waste with shady people. I hate 'em. I drove over an hour to meet with these folks after speaking on the phone with them. They actually had the bullocks to give me a rough-estimate appraisal of my trade-ins...2 of them. NOBODY has ever attempted that. I practically had 70% of the deal done before I got there. When I arrived, there was none of the "four-square" game as I like to call it that includes 4 variables e.g; How much do you want your payments to be?, Do you have a trade?, Do you have a down payment?, How many months do you want to go? This is when dealers try to play a numbers game by slight of hand. Neither of the 2 Joes I dealt with tried to pull that crap on me. They were straight-up with no BS. They made me a great deal and actually gave me more for my trades than what they had quoted me over the phone. They worked hard to make my deal. Additionally, when it came time to see the business manager, Rocky, he was straight-up as well. All of it seemed genuine and there did not appear to be any over-dramatic fakeness in order to kiss my butt. It was just respectable people making a honest deal. WELL WORTH MY DRIVE and the $50 I had to pay a babysitter. Plus they have a soft-serve Ice-Cream machine in the lobby. Unreal! I'll be back. More

This was my first visit to Dick Norris Buick/GMC. It was because of the quality,selection,value,and above all the customer service that i received both from the dealership and Dan King. My sales representative Dan King was excellent. Dan was very knowledgeable in all makes and modals. The best thing I liked about Dan was his, no pressure to buy, attitude. This is something that I have never experienced while purchasing a new vehicle. I met with Dan three times prior to my final purchase, and he was always enthusiastic to assist me and answer any questions that i had. He was courteous and respectful of my needs while I was deciding on what vehicle to purchase. In my opinion this has been the best buying experience that I have ever had. I bought an Acadia in 2008 which I loved. I was considering an upgrade with the 2011. I fell in love with a 2011 Red Jewel Acadia SLT with all the features. Everyone Kathy, Dean, Steve and Doug put their heads together and created a deal that was within my criteria. Steve located the car and had it delivered to the dealership. It was everything I dreamed about. We love it. It is the most comfortable and easy to drive. Everyone was such a pleasure to work with and I never enjoyed buying a car as much as I did this time. This dealership made me feel very confortable, just like it was fifty years ago when a sale was done with a hand shake. There was no sales pressure like some other dealerships use today. Mr. Dick Norris and his staff you feel like you are part of there family. The appearance of the dealership from the highway is inviting to all that may be in the market for a new or used automobile. The new car showroom imcludes a new area for those that are are waiting for service, this wait section includes the conforts of home including coffee & treats. This is the second new automobile that I purchased from Dick Norris Buick/GMC and based on the professionalism of those that I enteracted with this will not be my last. My hats off to Dick and his staff and look forward to renewed greetings over a cup of coffee' and relaxing in the new waiting area while my Terrain is in for it's scheduled service. More
