Anytime I bring my SUV in for service, I am always treated like gold. They are always very hones about what I need for my vehicle and take the time to explain everything even though I ask a lot of que treated like gold. I also have received a courtesy vehicle to drive when my vehicle has been in there for an extended period of time on a couple of occasions. They also remodeled their service waiting area and it is beautiful - lots of comfortable leather couches, multiple TVs and hot coffee. The owners of the dealership are there often so you have a lot of security knowing that they care about their store enough to be there. I know I have gone to other dealers before and the faces always change. I have been buying and servicing my vehicles at Dick Norris for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! More
We were looking to trade in our Cadillac and had found one that I was considering but had not make the deal. When we got home our neighbors son Mikey P (Plotniak) who also is a service tech came over and one that I was considering but had not make the deal. He described what a good place it was to work and how much they care about their customers. So on our way to the Cadillac dealer we stopped in. Chris Simms was very personable, courteous and a no pressure salesman. He was able to give us a deal we felt good about. The finance manager Dean Lillquist was also very friendly and willing to work with us to make the deal a win for us all. Overall, one of our best car buying experiences. More

My first contact with Dick Norris Buick GMC was via an email I sent regarding our interest in a 2011 Terrain SLT 1 and questions we had about the GM Loyalty Program and GM Card Earnings. Our email was quickly responded to by Bill Sutton. Bill answered our questions, provided pricing information and undertook a search for the vehicle with the options we wanted. All without pressure. We visited the dealership that afternoon and upon entering the showroom we were impressed with how professional it looked and how professional everyone appeared. We were welcomed by another salesperson and cordially welcomed by Mr. Dick Norris himself. Our salesperson, Bill Sutton was friendly and courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The prices he quoted over the phone, which opened the door to our visit, did not inflate once we arrived at the dealership. Additionally, we were offered a fair price for the vehicle we were trading in. Bill located the Terrain with the options we wanted at another dealership and arranged for it to be delivered to Dick Norris. Upon the Terrain's arrival, Bill called to inform us and my daughter went to take a look. My daughter test drove the Terrain to our house which allowed other family members to see the vehicle. We arranged to take delivery the next day. Even though we arrived earlier than our set time, Bill had the Terrain ready as well as the paperwork. Dean Lillquist the Business Manager,explained and processed the closing paperwork with patience, skill and efficiency. Bill Sutton explained all the car's equipment and helped set up the ON STAR service. Everyone connected with the dealership was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. During each visit, Mr. Dick Norris himself warmly greeted us, thanked us for stopping in and thanked us for selecting GMC and his dealership. Unheard of in today's world. My daughter is thrilled with her 2011 GMC Terrain SLT 1 and we are very satisfied with all phases of our purchase from Dick Norris Buick GMC. More

I bought a '95 Buick Roadmaster from them which is a much older car than a new car dealership would normally sell. Plus, I bought it through internet advertisement and traveled in from out of state to get t older car than a new car dealership would normally sell. Chris Sims was my salesman and just extremely helpful in answering all my questions, providing copies of past repair and maintenance records, and making the purchase easy. I think I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour and Chris picked me up at the airport which was very helpful. While I was driving home I noticed that the car did pull to the left and I realized after awhile that the front end was out of line. I contacted Dick Norris Buick and they told me to get it fixed and they would pay. I don't know how you can beat that kind of service and customer commitment. Clearly, Dick Norris Buick is a superlative Buick dealership you can trust! Not finding anything, I called my Salesman, Chris Sims. Chris immediately traced down kind of key I needed, checked with the prior owner, and then ordered a new one and sent it to me. That is simply outstanding service and I very much appreciate Dick Norris Buick and Chris Sims for taking the trouble to make sure I had everything I needed to safely operate my Buick Roadmaster.
