We had the wonderful pleasure of dealing with Chris Sims and Dean Lillquist. They are 2 of the best guys in the business. Chris was our salesman and Dean the finance guy. We had tried to buy a car at another dealership 3 days before contacting Dick Norris GMC and they basically gave us the run a round. We contacted Chris and he was upfront and honest with us and called when he said and did all the right things. We are very thankful to Chris and Dean for getting us in the van that we want, and getting us approved through a bank not another finance comapany. Just when we thought it wasn't possible for us we actually met the good guys in the business. So thanks Chris and Dean. Now we won't shop anywhere else for a car we will be back to see them. I had a problem with my air conditioning and called the dealership for a service appointment. I spoke with Service Consultant John Monroe. When I arrived on Tuesday April 19, 2011, he as attentive and gave dealership for a service appointment. I spoke with Service Consultant John Monroe. When I arrived on Tuesday April 19, 2011, he as attentive and gave me some explinations as to what the problem might be. I told him I was leaving the vehicle and he said he would call me. Three hours later he called and I proceeded to pick the car up. Upon reaching the dearlership, he promptly explained what was found and walked with me to get the paperwork. I know of no other dealership who would go to such lengths to satisfy a customer. Dick Norris has extended every courtesy from buying lunch, providing a courtesy ride, a rental car, or a loner vehicle, whenever extended service time was required. When the cause of this elusive vibration could not be isolated, Dick Norris then involved a General Motors Representative on my behalf. It was through his persistence and the expertise of his entire staff that I was able to replace my vehicle with an identical new model. I have given this rating because I have always liked the hospitality, and working with Brent Boostrom (Service Rep) for several years when I brought my car in. I had an appointment with Brent to bring my c hospitality, and working with Brent Boostrom (Service Rep) for several years when I brought my car in. I had an appointment with Brent to bring my car in to check on the brake job that had been done in December because there was a scraping noise from the brakes. So I came in January to have them look at the brakes again in regards to this scraping. I consulted with Brent about what the brakes were doing since he was my Service Rep in December,and the maintenance replaced those brakes with the factory made brakes that were on my car originally. Now my brakes are fine and they don't make that noise anymore. He discussed things with Rita about the brakes since she is my new Service Rep. More

My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from Dick Norris Buick GMC on 3/21/11. Even though our credit scores have declined in this economy, we were treated with the utmost respect. Our salesperson, Chris Sims was able to listen and understand our particular situation. He then recommended some vehicles that were a good value, and good on gas. He also made sure his recommendations met our financial and family needs. Once we agreed on the vehicle and purchase price we had to get approved on the financing. We were a little nervous about the financing because of our credit scores were not what they used to be. Again, they came through with flying colors!!!! Dean Lillquist, the Business Manager was able to get us a longer term and lower percentage rate than we thought was possible. In addition the vehicle was a GM Certified Used Vehicle, so we also got a 1-year/12,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty that includes roadside assistance. Both my husband and I could not be more satisfied. We felt that they truly wanted to help us and treated us like family. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Dick Norris himself and his son. Needless to say we would recommend Dick Norris Buick GMC to anyone looking for a new or used car. I am sure if you ask for Chris Sims, he and his team will make sure that when you buy, you are just as satisfied as we are:-) More
