Ultimately... Dick Norris Buick & Joe C are a CLASS ACT! We are from Tampa (Temple Terrace area) and had been looking for a used Chrysler 300C. The day we purchased our BEAUTIFUL car from Dick No ACT! We are from Tampa (Temple Terrace area) and had been looking for a used Chrysler 300C. The day we purchased our BEAUTIFUL car from Dick Norris we had an appointment at a different dealership in New Port Richey to look at a 2007 Chrysler 300C with 33,100 miles. After driving an hour to get there we were extremely disappointed by their service levels and lack of professionalism - they had sold the car the night before and didn't bother to call us!! My husband and I decided to eat some lunch before heading back to Tampa, while eating I used my cellphone to research used 300C's within a 20 mile radius of where we were sitting. I just happened to find a gorgeous 2007 300C with 11,500 miles at Dick Norris - and the list price was within our budget! I called the number on the internet and spoke with Joe. He provided me with driving directions and said that he would have the car ready for us when we got there. From the moment I spoke to Joe on the phone, and throughout the entire deal process he was FANTASTIC - extremely helpful, informative and friendly. He is the polar OPPOSITE of the typical "pushy" car salesman that I've had the displeasure of meeting in the past. We walked in with pre-approved financing from our bank, and to my absolute amazement Manny was able to save us 1.22%!!! How AWESOME is that?!?! THANK YOU Dick Norris Buick - ESPECIALLY Joe & Manny!! Great service. I started my car search online in the beginning of April with Joe. However, we decided not to purchase at that time. Joe helped us find the one we wanted, was very patient with me and my ever-changing mind, and we finally found the one that was perfect for us and our needs. Joe was great throughout the process, great with our children (2 kids under 2 is not easy to deal with when you're trying to conduct business), and got us a great deal. The owner, Dick Norris, even took the time to meet with us on a Saturday morning (during delivery) to ensure that the vehicle delivery experience was meeting our expectations. This was the best car buying experience I had in many years. Started out searching on their website and discovered they had a very good inventory. Contacted them by e.mail early in the morning and got years. Started out searching on their website and discovered they had a very good inventory. Contacted them by e.mail early in the morning and got a response within 10 minutes. Joe Cappello was very professional and gave me numbers that compelled me to go take my trade for a visit. Joe gave me no hassles and within short order we reached a mutual agreement for a new car. Returned with my wife several hours later to pick up the car and Joe turned me over to David Mulder for the final paperwork. David was very efficient, quick and timely. Unlike other Business Managers I have dealt with in the past, David made no attempt to sell me a bunch of extras. In very short order we processed the paperwork and went back to see Joe to get car. Joe explained features of car and then we were on our way. I can only hope that my future with this dealership will be as pleasant with the service as it was with the buying process. In summary, this dealer was very professional, upfront, gave no hassles, and most importantly gave a fair deal without all the usual angst that goes with accomplishing that.
