My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from Dick Norris Buick GMC on 3/21/11. Even though our credit scores have declined in this economy, we were treated with the utmost respect. Our salesperson, Chris Sims was able to listen and understand our particular situation. He then recommended some vehicles that were a good value, and good on gas. He also made sure his recommendations met our financial and family needs. Once we agreed on the vehicle and purchase price we had to get approved on the financing. We were a little nervous about the financing because of our credit scores were not what they used to be. Again, they came through with flying colors!!!! Dean Lillquist, the Business Manager was able to get us a longer term and lower percentage rate than we thought was possible. In addition the vehicle was a GM Certified Used Vehicle, so we also got a 1-year/12,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty that includes roadside assistance. Both my husband and I could not be more satisfied. We felt that they truly wanted to help us and treated us like family. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Dick Norris himself and his son. Needless to say we would recommend Dick Norris Buick GMC to anyone looking for a new or used car. I am sure if you ask for Chris Sims, he and his team will make sure that when you buy, you are just as satisfied as we are:-) More

After numerous encounters with rude and pushy salesmen elsewhere(even at the actual BMW dealership), I met Joe and the rest of the staff at Dick Norris. Even before I actually met face to face with Joe, he communicated with me and answered all(LOTS of them) of my questions, via email. Which was something that really impressed me. The dealerships also had no problem with letting me take the car on a thorough test drive, and play with all the buttons and gizmos. They were willing to give me a more than reasonable price for the incredible quality of vehicle that I got. And I'm still in shock at how quickly paperwork and the final purchasing process was. And the best part was that I got flowers and ice cream when I came to pick my new "baby" up! I've been telling all of my friends to go to Dick Norris. It was hands down, the easiest and, dare I say, enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. More

When the vehicle has had a problem, e.g. as the dashboard totally shut down in our Le Sabre, 3 years ago, they did everything they could do to correct this serious situation. They give advice on how to use the features on the vehicles that were included for safety. The service department is terrific, does repairs in a timely manner and is always anxious to satisfy us. I had been truck shopping for a few days and had been to tow other chevrolet dealers and had a deal in place at one. Then while driving down US 19 in Palm Harbor i noticed a GMC Sierra at Dick Norris GMC. I decided to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised that the truck was comparably priced with the Silverado. Then Dan walked out of the dealership and asked if he could help me. From that point on everything went so smoothly. He worked at getting the price i wanted and the Sales manager Steve worked at getting more for my trade in (which was a 2007 Silverado). From start to finish everything was so nice. After i decided to purchase a new GMC Sierra and when i picked it up the owner Dick Norris came over and thanked me personally for my business. Dan took me on a tour of the dealership and introduced me to the service people and the after market people and the office staff. He walked me through all of the details about my truck and everything went well. I love my truck and am very impressed about everything at Dick Norris. If you ever go there for anything they have soft serve ice cream in the customer lounge for free.....go figure.!!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone considering a new vehicle. it's been a great experience dealing with Joe Cappello at Dick Norris Buick, GMC. I did my basic shopping on the internet and contacted several dealers in the area. Joe replied to my inquiry and was the most professional and knowledgeable representative I had spoken to. After contacting me on the phone, Joe and I discussed exactly what I wanted in a new vehicle. We then set up an appointment to visit the dealership. To my surprise, when my wife and I got to the dealership to look the vehicles over, Joe had set aside exactly what we were looking for and it was parked right in front of the dealership all shined up. Joe and I discussed the vehicle which is a GMC Terrain and My wife and I decided that this was the vehicle we were looking for. We purchased the Terrain without any pressure from Joe. After the purchase, the follow up work was also completed pleasently by David Mulder who is the business manager and Joe. At no time was there any pressure to buy or to add extras. I highly recommend Dick Norris GMC Buick and the staff working there. Joe brings over 35 years experience to the plate and David also brings many years of experience.
