When I arrived on Tuesday April 19, 2011, he as attentive and gave dealership for a service appointment. I spoke with Service Consultant John Monroe. Three hours later he called and I proceeded to pick the car up. Upon reaching the dearlership, he promptly explained what was found and walked with me to get the paperwork. I have given this rating because I have always liked the hospitality, and working with Brent Boostrom (Service Rep) for several years when I brought my car in. I had an appointment with Brent to bring my c hospitality, and working with Brent Boostrom (Service Rep) for several years when I brought my car in. I had an appointment with Brent to bring my car in to check on the brake job that had been done in December because there was a scraping noise from the brakes. So I came in January to have them look at the brakes again in regards to this scraping. I consulted with Brent about what the brakes were doing since he was my Service Rep in December,and the maintenance replaced those brakes with the factory made brakes that were on my car originally. Now my brakes are fine and they don't make that noise anymore. He discussed things with Rita about the brakes since she is my new Service Rep. More
