As in the past, he was very professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with. Worked with Mr. Bill Sutton for the final delivery of the vehicle and he was very pleasant and professional as well. We have been servicing our vehicle with the Dick Norris Buick GMC service department since 2000. We have dealt almost exclusively with Mr. Lenny Demarco as our service advisor. He has been great to work with over the years and has helped us out with all of our service needs very professionally as well. This was our third new vehicle purchase from Dick Norris Buick GMC since 2003. As always our treatment as valued customers has been above par. At one time or another during the last 12 years we have dealt with all of the departments there at the dealership. Everyone there has always been wonderful to work with and go out of their way if necessary to make you feel that they do appreciate your business. Both Tom Valeri (salesperson) and Dean Lillquist (Business Manager) did a fine job in helping us trade the 2000 Buick Century I had purchased in 2010. We decided to upgrade our vehicle and Tom helped my wife and me to try out some used cars. After we took a quick ride around the area we were convinced this was the car we desired. Tom initiated a purchase, with which we agreed, and then Dean Lillquist did the paperwork. Dean was most explanatory about various warantees and the one we selected was the GM warantee. Both were gentlemen in this transaction and NEVER did either of them "push" a certain car on us. Rest assured that when the time comes to again change automobiles it will be with Norris Buick. Today the service engine light came on in my 2011 Buick Regal so I promptly called Rita to schedule an appointment to have my car looked at. The appointment was scheduled for the same day which I really appreciated. After the diagnosis I was informed that my high pressure fuel pump was leaking and needed to be replaced under warranty. I was promptly given a new 2012 loaner Regal to use for the afternoon so I didn't have to wait for the repair to take place. My estimated time for repair was spot on and I was able to pick up my car later the same afternoon. Upon returning to the service department, Rita met me outside with the paperwork already finished and I was back on the road within minutes. The staff at Dick Norris are always very professional every time I come in for service they are friendly and helpful no matter what the issue is. One thing that I love about the service department at Dick Norris is that my vehicle is always returned to me clean and free of grease or oil stains on my interior that I have encountered with other GM dealers in the past. I am really picky about the way my car looks and I know that it will be returned to me spotless and just the way I dropped it off. This is the only place I will take my Regal for service. More
