We had done alot of research going into our purchase of a 2012 Enclave Leather package. The delivery of the vehicle was timely, the vehicle was clean and even though, the dealer had closed already (after 5 on a Saturday), Bill oriented us to the vehicle without rushing us through the process. After purchasing several vehicles over the years, from Ford to infiniti to Audi to BMW, this experience ranks on top as one of the most pleasant and easy transactions. We were not met by the typical "car guys" where we had to feel "on guard" during the process.
