I thought this dealership was like every other dealership I've ever been to, that once you bought the vehicle and was out the door that was it. But not the case. I purchase a used car that had a couple lit I've ever been to, that once you bought the vehicle and was out the door that was it. But not the case. I purchase a used car that had a couple little issues, but the dealership worked with me and was vary concerned about pleasing the customer and took care of ever issue I had. Where most dealership would of washed theirs hands of any issues, Dick Norris GMC went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I take my hat of to them. All of the salespeople were professional, knowledgeable, persuasive without being pushy, helpful and courteous. We came back 2 days after our first visit, were given an Enclave for the day and we bought it by the end of the day. We're confident it will be a great vehicle for us! I can't say enough about the professionalism of the salespeople.
