Today the service engine light came on in my 2011 Buick Regal so I promptly called Rita to schedule an appointment to have my car looked at. The appointment was scheduled for the same day which I really appreciated. After the diagnosis I was informed that my high pressure fuel pump was leaking and needed to be replaced under warranty. I was promptly given a new 2012 loaner Regal to use for the afternoon so I didn't have to wait for the repair to take place. My estimated time for repair was spot on and I was able to pick up my car later the same afternoon. Upon returning to the service department, Rita met me outside with the paperwork already finished and I was back on the road within minutes. The staff at Dick Norris are always very professional every time I come in for service they are friendly and helpful no matter what the issue is. One thing that I love about the service department at Dick Norris is that my vehicle is always returned to me clean and free of grease or oil stains on my interior that I have encountered with other GM dealers in the past. I am really picky about the way my car looks and I know that it will be returned to me spotless and just the way I dropped it off. This is the only place I will take my Regal for service. More
