On 01/12/13, I purchased a 2013 Buick Regal Premium Turbo; One week prior to the sale, I contacted by email Joe Cappello, Manager of Internet Sales inquiring about a 2013 Buick Regal GS model, I spoke Turbo; One week prior to the sale, I contacted by email Joe Cappello, Manager of Internet Sales inquiring about a 2013 Buick Regal GS model, I spoke to Joe over the phone several times and several emails scheduled an appointment for 01/12/13 @ 09:30 hrs. Upon arrival at the dealership, Joe had the Buick Regal GS cleaned and ready for a test drive,Joe was very professional and arranged for me & my wife for a test drive. My wife did not like the Regal GS because of the stiff-ride, tight seats, and lack of leg and hip room in the cabin. Upon returning back to the dealership,I explained to Joe the issues with the GS model Regal, Joe very graciously understood my concerns and assessed the issues with this particular GS model. Joe brought to my attenion the Regal Premium T that was in fact the same color as my test drive GS, and advised me this vehicle was a early turn-in with 125 miles. Well my wife drove the vehicle and really like everything about this vehicle. When invited into Joe's office prior to talking about business, Mr. Dick Norris pulled-up a chair and began talking to us without discussing businees,we spoke for over 20 minutes and I felt like I was sitting in a living room and just having a chat! Mr. Norris excused himself stating he did not want to get in our way. In conclusion, we purchased the vehicle without pressure, and I feel I was given a fair price for my trade-in, and a very good purchase price for my new vehicle. In all of my years on buying and slling vehicles, this my far my best experience. More

We were greeted immediately and introduced to Dan King who asked a few questions about what we were looking for. We took one vehicle for a test drive but I wasn't totally happy with what I had expected, who asked a few questions about what we were looking for. My experience with Dick Norris's Buick dealership in Palm Harbor has been one of the most satisfying,friendly and knowledgable experiences I had purchasing a new car.I cannot say enough about John Bruno and Harbor has been one of the most satisfying,friendly and knowledgable experiences I had purchasing a new car.I cannot say enough about John Bruno and Manny Fernandez. John did not pressure me,he just made a good deal that satisfied me and my friend Ralph. His knowledge of the car was exceptional.He took the time to go over the car in detail and with so much information to absorb he was very patient with me.The friendliness I endured was over the top.When I buy another Buick which I will, John will be the go to guy for me. I rate John the top score of 5. Manny my finance guy also took the time to look for the best rate and make the deal. He explained every paper I needed to sign, which was alot and was very friendly and also very knoweldgable. He did not pressure me to add on additional protection but explained to me why it would be in my best interest to do so. I completly agreed with him.I also rate Manny the top score of 5.I am extremely happy with my new car.I also would like to mention it was a pleasure to meet Dick Norris. I can honestly say buying a car from Dick Morris was hassle free, there were no high pressure sales tactics or never ending negotiating. I initially contacted Joe via the internet, we communicated over the phone a few times and when it was time for me to purchase the vehicle he had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. The whole process was less than an hour. That is an amazing accomplishment, typically you spend half a day or more at a dealership. But it gets better, the owner "Dick Morris" personally stopped by and thanked me for my business. Not only did he thank me but he took the time to carry on a conversation as well. I had originally contacted Joe Cappello a year ago through an ad in Auto Trader. I was looking to get into a Buick Regal, but at the time I just couldn't qualify for a lease. Long story short I ended through an ad in Auto Trader. I was looking to get into a Buick Regal, but at the time I just couldn't qualify for a lease. Long story short I ended up with a Mazda6 that while practical, not really what I wanted. But Joe was so nice and understanding that I filed that away thinking I would call on him again when finances got better. So a year later I accidentally went too far on a website checking prices and it sent my name out to several dealers, Dick Norris being one of them and Joe responded. I told the other dealers it was a mistake but because of Joe's personality I called him , explained the situation and he suggested I come in if I wanted to see what can be done. So I did and that was the start of the best experience I've ever had in buying a car. I'm 60 so I've had a few. Joe was the consumate gentleman, listened to my concerns and worked to get the price I needed. We still weren't there, but in talking with Dean Lillquist, they were able to get to the number I needed to get into the Regal. There was asolutely no strong arm tactics, no badgering or intimadation as there usually is. As one review said, I expected Dean to be the bad cop while Joe was the good cop, but that was not the case at all. Everyone at Dick Norris was genuinely concerned that I was happy with the deal. In the end I leased at a payment $63 lower than what I was paying for the Mazda, shorter term(which I wanted) and got a REAL car. The Regal drives like a dream and handles the road and rides like a Cadillac. More
