I have purchased a total of 4 vehicles from Joe D and this last one was a new truck purchase. I did shop around a little to see what kind of prices were out there from a few other dealers this time just this last one was a new truck purchase. I had 2 very bad experiences with bait and switch and pricing on vehicles that were quoted over the phone by 2 competing dealers in the area. What a difference in professionalism and honesty I was rewarded with at Dick Norris in Palm Harber. Joe worked real hard to accommodate me once again. The whole process was a great experience and I love the Sierra I bought! I will never buy another vehicle again from anyone else but Dick Norris and Joe D. The whole dealership has quite a group of employees there and I just wanted to share this with anyone looking for a vehicle. Everyone knows that going to a new car dealership is about as fun as going to the dentist. We all know the games they play.... the tricks and gimmicks played to get your money. Low to No pressure and JIm was great to work with. I used to be in auto sales and know all the tricks like, get the prospect in the building, go with the prospect on the test drive or "I WILL LOSE MY JOB IF I DON"T GIVE YOU A TEST DRIVE.... PLEASE HELP ME". Upsell upsell upsell and then go for the close. "Wow you look great in that car"! "What do I have to do to put you in this car today?" Again... there was none of that from this dealership. I strongly recommend you visit Jim. I would send my wife, mother or grandmother and know that he would treat them honestly and professionally. That being said, I haven't worked with their service department yet but I expect to be just as satisfied. They have won my business and I will buy another car from them soon. So should you!
