Everyone knows that going to a new car dealership is about as fun as going to the dentist. We all know the games they play.... the tricks and gimmicks played to get your money. This group is NOT one o about as fun as going to the dentist. We all know the games they play.... the tricks and gimmicks played to get your money. This group is NOT one of those dealerships. Low to No pressure and JIm was great to work with. I used to be in auto sales and know all the tricks like, get the prospect in the building, go with the prospect on the test drive or "I WILL LOSE MY JOB IF I DON"T GIVE YOU A TEST DRIVE.... PLEASE HELP ME". Upsell upsell upsell and then go for the close. "Wow you look great in that car"! "What do I have to do to put you in this car today?" Again... there was none of that from this dealership. I strongly recommend you visit Jim. I would send my wife, mother or grandmother and know that he would treat them honestly and professionally. That being said, I haven't worked with their service department yet but I expect to be just as satisfied. They have won my business and I will buy another car from them soon. So should you! Thank you guys..... you took the pain out of buying a car! More

From what we thought he could afford to a detail of what to look at, step by step, he gave us direction, but the ultimate decision was our sons! Test drove it to his job, held it a week, so he could have enough for the down payment..worked with the finance department for a first time buyer with zero credit history. We found that the entire staff,,,Dan (salesman) Dean (business manger) Jim (finance) Joe (used car sales manager) Kathy (insurance) and Dick Norris were not only professional they made all of us feel like we were doing business with family. My husband and I have been loyal since we purchased our 2008 Acadia new and our 2005 Sport Trac used from the Clearwater location..the sales, business and service staff are so above board, they are professional, down to earth, understanding, and knowledgable. It does not matter what location you are in Palm Harbor or Clearwater this family will be loyal Dick Norris customers. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! More
Mr. DeNittis, was extremely helpful and friendly. He assisted us in locating a vehicle that met our needs. We previously owned a 2000 GMC Yukon Denali SUV which was beginning to show its age. I have been using this dealer's service department for some time, with excellent customer service, so my first thought was beginning to show its age. I have been using this dealer's service department for some time, with excellent customer service, so my first thought was to try them first while buying my new vehicle. I'm glad I did. The buying experience was better than I expected it to be. Their sales rep first spent time talking to me and my wife to understand what we were looking for in our new vehicle. Then when he understood our needs and our budget, he proceeded to discuss our options. Finally we test drove various vehicles until we found the one that we thought would best serve our needs. Finally, they suggested that we take the vehicle home overnight so that we could give it a good test drive without the salesman distracting us. We took him up on this suggestion. They gassed up the vehicle and we drove it for the remainder of the day, then the next day we took it for another drive, this time on a highway. By the end of this test ride, my wife and I had made up our mind to buy this vehicle. We returned to the dealership later in the afternoon to work out the financing that would fit our budget and drove home with our new vehicle. I would have to rate our experience with this dealership as excellent. The sales staff is just as good as their service department staff, EXCELLENT! They made what could have been a very stressful event into a very joyful event in my life. More

My wife and I went to the dealer on 4/27/2013 to test drive a 2009 Ford Explorer that I had seen on the Internet. Joe Cappello sent me an e-mail the day before and asked me if I had any questions, and wo drive a 2009 Ford Explorer that I had seen on the Internet. Joe Cappello sent me an e-mail the day before and asked me if I had any questions, and would I like a test drive. I called and set up a time. Joe met us at the door as we walked in, and had the car clean and ready to drive. We inspected the car and Joe answered all our questions. When we came back from the test drive, Joe had already appraised our trade in and we sat down to business. I was ready for a long drown out battle dealing with a salesmen, but to my surprise Joe gave me a great price on The Explorer and a fair trade in allowance for my old car. No pressure at all, and we had a deal done in less than 15 min. Thank you Joe. Manny Fernandez the Business Mgr took care of all the paperwork and gave me my options for extended warranties etc. He didn't force me to buy anything, it was up to me if I wanted them.
