My wife and I Jean live down the street in Serendipity Mobile home (we own a share) and spend 5 months a year at this address. I am very concerned on how my vehicle looks and operates, I expect nothing but care and concern how my car is treated and respected, the staff here is the best I have ever received. I have owned approx. 7 brand new vehicles and many dealings with GM service departments in Ontario. I have also a few years under my belt concerning servicing on the GM staff side and know the games. My dealings with Mr. Demarco has been nothing but professional and all dealings have been cared out to the letter. (remarkable). My verbal conversations with Mr. King in the show room, leaves me with nice warm trusting feelings. I wish so much that I could purchase a new or slightly used vehicle from this location. Chris waited 3 hours on Sat. for my husband and a tow truck after the service Department had closed. His willingness and kindness thru the entire ordeal of getting our SUV repaired and getting a loaner v truck after the service Department had closed. The service department goes above the norm in getting the repairs done correctly as well as pleasing their customers. Overall a great experience from internet sales to floor sales. I made my offer online with Click & Drive and used my van as a trade in. Joe Coniglione and the salesman Joe Denittis were both very professional and a pleasure to work with. The car I was purchasing needed a few repairs from the service department. I was very pleased with the work from the service department and the time frame the work was all completed. My salesman Joe took the time to tell me what every button and switch did and how to move every seat after I said it was a done deal. He also is very good at following through. We went to Dick Norris since I knew John Bruno to be fair and honest. We also have used Dick Norris for our service needs on our current Buicks. We had already been to another Buick dealership and had driv and honest. We also have used Dick Norris for our service needs on our current Buicks. We had already been to another Buick dealership and had driven the LaCrosse and had a range of pricing. John and his manager, took the time to explain the various promotions and programs with us as well as leasing the vehicle. We have never been fans of leasing, but the current programs available made us decide to lease. Bottom line, we ended up leasing both our LaCrosse as well as a Regal. John Bruno went out of his way to get the vehicles prepped and took the time necessary to go over both vehicles features as well as getting us set up with OnStar. We are very pleased with the service we received and look forward to working with the dealership for our routine maintenance needs. More
