Which I did and that got the problem resolved by a 40 year expert from Dick Norris. That was very much appreciated. It took him 5 min. Also, read your invoices. I brought it in for oil changes for 1 year. They say they do rotate the tires every 6000 miles, but it was never done? Over 13,000 miles and no tire rotation. More

Upfront, honest, fair, went over all the numbers and was an absolute charm. You would expect this from a service business, from ANY dealer, but shockingly and shamefully, it is NO WHERE to be found in this area. She went above and beyond by setting up my rental in advance for me. I took my 5 year old daughter with me each time and she treated her like a top tear customer. My headlight was destroyed and she got it in ASAP and setup a time to get it installed so I could shafted drive the car until the could schedule the complete repair. The quality of the work is excellent. I'm a very happy customer and will recommend this shop to anyone I know. More

The process was incredibly smooth and the sales man (Bill Sutton) was friendly and helpful all the way. Once the order was placed I got regular updates on the progress. When the truck arrived I got a call asking when I'd like to come in to pick it up. When I arrived I was treated very well and the pricing "discussion" was comfortable and we agreed quickly on a price. I had already arranged financing through a credit union and the dealershipa asked for the opportunity to get me a better rate. They beat the credit union and everyting was handled quickly and efficiently. The finance manger didn't try to upsell me a bunch of things I didn't need but made sure I knew all the options available. I have purchased well over a dozen new cars in my life and this was, by a long shot, the most pleasant experience ever. I find it hard to say "new car purchase" and "pleasant experience" in the same sentence but Dick Norris is the exception. I highly recommend this dealership and would go back to Bill Sutton in a heartbeat. More
