Every aspect of the experience was superior to previous times at other dealerships. This was the first time I didn't feel like I was being slightly belittled because I didn't have the big dollars. Dealership could not have treated me nicer and more respectful. I am an old woman and not easy to deal with. I traded in 2011 Cadillac SRX and did not know what I really wanted. I was leased a Cadillac that had very little accessories. I leased a 2013 Encore. Took it home and called back the first thing next morning and told them I was bringing it back and have my Cadillac there to pick up. The Encore was just to small and had an easier lift gate but it wasn't what I wanted. They never told me I couldn't do that but they really did everything humanly possible to get me into a car I would be happy with. I am very happy with the 2013 Terrain and I thank Jamie Zimmerman and Dick Norris for getting me into the Terrain. Dan was great in explaining the vehicle and the features. More

I have purchased a total of 4 vehicles from Joe D and this last one was a new truck purchase. I had 2 very bad experiences with bait and switch and pricing on vehicles that were quoted over the phone by 2 competing dealers in the area. What a difference in professionalism and honesty I was rewarded with at Dick Norris in Palm Harber. Joe worked real hard to accommodate me once again. The whole process was a great experience and I love the Sierra I bought! I will never buy another vehicle again from anyone else but Dick Norris and Joe D.
