The process was incredibly smooth and the sales man (Bill Sutton) was friendly and helpful all the way. Once the order was placed I got regular updates on the progress. When the truck arrived I got a call asking when I'd like to come in to pick it up. When I arrived I was treated very well and the pricing "discussion" was comfortable and we agreed quickly on a price. I had already arranged financing through a credit union and the dealershipa asked for the opportunity to get me a better rate. They beat the credit union and everyting was handled quickly and efficiently. The finance manger didn't try to upsell me a bunch of things I didn't need but made sure I knew all the options available. I have purchased well over a dozen new cars in my life and this was, by a long shot, the most pleasant experience ever. I find it hard to say "new car purchase" and "pleasant experience" in the same sentence but Dick Norris is the exception. I highly recommend this dealership and would go back to Bill Sutton in a heartbeat. More

Perfect Experience! We saw a 07' Corvette on Auyo-Trader and spoke with the internet manager, who then alerted the staff in Palm Harbor that we were coming from Lakeland We saw a 07' Corvette on Auyo-Trader and spoke with the internet manager, who then alerted the staff in Palm Harbor that we were coming from Lakeland and he stated he would hold the car for us. We arrived an hour later to meet Joe Dennitis at the door. Our car was right there, clean, and in less than ten minutes we were on a test drive. While we test drove, Joe had our trade in appraised....we got a great deal including Edmonds printout to compare. It took about ninety minutes total to get financing approved and closed! Joe is the best salesman ever! The price was painted on the windshield and the detail guys were gone for the day. He cleaned all the paint off the glass and waxed the car while we were with finance. Our red 07' Corvette was bright and sooooo clean for the trip home! It was the easiest auto purchase ever. Joe has been the twenty plus years....what a great guy! More

A couple of hours later I found myself driving about 65 miles to Dick Norris Palm Harbor to see this car...could it be all it appeared to be?Ive had some experiences where I told dealerships what I was looking for only to arrive and the vehicle was anything but what I had been looking for! Not so with Dick Norris; Joe Cappello had not lead me astray...the car was all he said and so much more. I loved it and he was so nice and genuine. He introduced my husband and I to Frank Bienz and immediately we knew we were in good hands. Frank Bienz is so kind, not pushy, ..just wanted to give us information on the car and find out our needs. The entire staff Dan King sales, finance , even the gentleman in insurance was able to get me cheaper insurance by switching to allstate. I'm sure i am forgetting other departments. I would have stayed there all day, had a blast talking to everyone, but I had to return to work. They also gave me 5 thousand more dollars for my trade in, than stingray chevrolet offered. I can say from my personal experience that VW dealerships never seem to impress. I was involved in a minor accident that damaged my from fender. I can tell you that I am a very picky person and Lonnie had been patient with me and made sure that my car looked as good as it was prior to the accident. I can only wish that the whole process was as easy as the visit to Dick Norris. Its really a pain to deal with situations like this and a hassle especially when its not your fault. The crew at Dick Norris delivered my car on time and even washed it. When I noticed a small issue with the fit they rescheduled and adjusted the fender and it was as good as the original. I am very thankful for giving them a try. More
