Naples Called store and asked if truck was still for sale and notified them that i was driving all the way from naples with financing in hand ready to buy to Called store and asked if truck was still for sale and notified them that i was driving all the way from naples with financing in hand ready to buy today. Salesman Sean stated truck was here come on up. Arrived at dealer to find out truck was broken down and the were waiting for parts. Truck would not be ready. After meeting salesman and starting negotiations I could only handle a short time. No customer service and complete arrogance. I left and called general manager Doug the following day and told him of my disappointment with his staff and stated I wanted to make a deal on the truck. We worked out a deal and Doug said the truck was mine and they would call when repairs were made and I could come sign paperwork. He said my manager will call you tomorrow to set up when I can get the truck. I received no phone call for a day and a half, so I began to get worried and then called Doug. He stated that they had been trying to call me and could not reach me so they sold the truck. Liars liars liars. If the general manager will do this, how do you think the rest of the dealership is run. Stay away from this place. When the GM will lie to you, no one can be trusted here. More

Fast Fix It may be Spring, but it is already AC time. My wife called me on the way home from work to tell me her AC was blowing warm on her Acadia. Max Johnson got me right in the next morning to have a look at the problem. Evaporator was bad, but it was out and replaced in <2 hours. Great service on such short notice. The right path I had been driving Japanese cars and most recently a 2009 Honda Pilot for almost 35 years and wanted to drive American. One day on may home I noticed a Jeep Gran Cherokee in the parking lot of Dick Norris so I inquired. It was beyond what I wanted to spend, but after further conversation with John Bruno we found something that he felt might fit. He had taken in a trade and it was a 1 owner 2008 Jepp Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4. The price was right, the trade was fair and a couple of hours later I was driving home in my Jeep. To this day I get giddy every time I get inside of it, I can't explain it, but I like it. I go back to this dealership for everything, having tried and been very disappointed at Ferman Jeep, Dayton Andrews Jeep, Suncoast Jeep and the other few in the area. Max in the service department is an amazing man, he gets me Jeep parts, they are installed correctly, they even give me a loaner for things as simple as an oil change. Oh, their oil change with a tire rotation is only $39.95. I'm in. They are not the least expensive, but the service is worth paying a little extra for. I compare it to my Verizon cell phone, they aren't the least expensive, but the service is worth it. I have been dealing with Max now for several years, he is nice, thoughtful, knows me and what I want and handles everything with a sincere smile. John Bruno my sales rep always has an honest hello, not the insincere greeting that is too often given Max and the culture at Dick Norris is the right path to be on.
